My neighbor behind us and I let each other's dogs out if we're going to be gone for awhile. Both of the yards are fenced in.

Are you going to get another dog?

I'm not in any great hurry to get another one now. I have a possible move coming up, and so I'll wait.

I love dogs. I miss their not being here.

They're great company, but all plans have to include what to do about him. Oh well, just like having a furry child.

We're doing OK here. Today was a drier, cooler day after being back in the 90's and humid yesterday, so quite enjoyable.

The temp dropped here too, but the humidity was bad.

We'll try to send you some of that drier air for tomorrow, then.

Can't wait. I went to the grocery today and was surprised that it still felt almost hot. It only got into the mid 70's.

Sorry - refreshed and lost the page. I hope our weather continues tomorrow. Hubby needs to go pick up his Mom (about 50 -60 minute drive, depending on traffic), take her to the eye doctor (another 20 minutes), return her to her residence, then return home.

I looked at the weather channel and it's showing that there isn't any rain. Sounds like it'll be good there.

Do you have any important STUFF or projects on the agenda for tomorrow?

Just taking trash to the curb and grinding up zucchinis for bread this winter. Jeez, my life is boring.
Are you going with hubby tomorrow?

OK, I'm starting to nod here at the computer. I think the bed would be more comfortable. I hate to abandon you, Becky, but I think it's the most prudent thing to do. Sleep well and have a good night's sleep. I hope to get on a bit earlier tomorrow.

GOOD MORNING SUDOKULAND, I have the coffee pot on, and coffee tastes good today. Drop in for a cuppa, and if you prefer tea, I left some tea bags out.

I hope today is not as busy as yesterday around here! Lots of moving of lumber going on, out and in! many helpers and others outside all day.

Today I must go and buy SUGAR, not something I use often, but I made a gallon of sweet tea for the helpers yesterday. Al may not have enough sugar left for making syrup to fill his humming bird feeders!! They really visit often and eat a lot this time of year! Not a lot of flowers survive the August heat, and the hummers are getting ready for the long migration. they need extra food!!!
