Hi everybody. Are we in trouble again?

Hello, folks. I need some rain to clear the air for my allergies, and it looks as if it may actually rain later. I do hope so. My allergies have led me to a sinus infection, which has resulted in bronchitis. Three years ago I let it get to pneumonia. We could all go to Disney World for what that cost. So yesterday I went to the doctor and got a whole bunch of pills and vapors. Today I am better, but we could have all gone to Carowinds for what this cost. I hope this finds you well.

They are now saying that the police report is heresay evidence, even tho she got cited, and that she is saying that I am at fault.

How is the police report hearsay evidence? That doesn't make sense to me.

Because the police officer did not witness the accident. Tomorrow I'm contacting the insurance department and speak to them about the whole thing. The next time I speak with the adjuster, I want as much info as possible.

I see. Didn't you say there was a witness?

Yes, but she doesn't want to get involved and I can't make her write a statement.

Nobody wants to get involved anymore, then people wonder why nobody helps them when they need it. What would it hurt her to write a statement.

Weasels and rats, Becky. That's who you're dealing with. That's the "fun" part of an accident. How much damage was done to your car?

I think she's afraid of being drug into court and missing work. She's a teller and if she doesn't work, she doesn't get paid. In the end I don't think it will matter. Just by looking at the damage you can tell she hit me.
I've been witness to accidents and gave statements to the police. No big deal. Ohio law says that you have to stop, but not hardly anyone does.

Hi Ruby. The appraiser has listed $2,500. plus hidden damages (brakes, suspension, etc.). Can't drive it, because when I brake it pulls to the right.

My day went well. Amber really likes her school work, especially Bible study because we started with grade 1.

That's good. It's so much easier on you and her, when she enjoys what she's doing.

I have to agree with you on that. Because we started with mostly grade 2 she has completed 2 months worth of school work already. I keep telling her how much she is doing and how well, also. Encouragement and praise never hurt.

No it doesn't. Everyone, including adults, like to be praised. I know when I'm down, a little "buttering up" helps.

It got close to 90 today. It's weird. The leaves are changing, but it's hot during the day. Have your days been cooler?
