Rolanda, my hubby would eat sandwiches anytime I put them on the table, he is not picky. i just need to get the 5, 6, 7, or more fruits and veggies a day in him, and that is hard to do with a sandwich.

Becky, after a full hard day at work, HE will be wanting something substancial for dinner, and who knows what time he will be home..
#1 son didnt know if he was home for dinner..
#2 son at work home around 6.45, so it will be him and I for the first shift, possibly joined by #1..

BECKY, He should not have any major symptoms with 6 days of roids, but some mild ones perhaps. Maybe just a jittery feeling, or tired, or down a bit. Depends on how sensetive he is to them.

Rolanda, another easy dish, if you like fish, is to add a little butter, garlic and lemon juice. Wrap it in foil and either bake or grill. 15-20 min. and it's ready for the table.

GAIL, there is no rule you cannothave it twice. heck I owuld eat it every day of the week, if it were cheaper! LOVE fish, hate to cook it though. do like the foil method, I do that one Becky. change up what I put on/with the fish.

BECKY still grilling outside? or do you have a foreman grill or something similar? I love my foreman grill, great for hamberger steak or boneless chicken or chops or even fish ( in foil) Fast to cook also. Easy meals from the forman
