Well, looks like the one I was using when the site went belly up is still there, OK, that is good.

Looks like I have 4 new addresses now, good. I will add them to the emergency broadcast network

At least we have that, MizT. I was going to email you yesterday but got busy with other stuff and when I came back here, at least these pages were back.

I'm off to visit my Mom. Have to shop also. I miss the puzzles. Been to other sites but nothing else is like this one.

Just checking in to see if we are back - looks like where I left the place last night. I'm glad for Angie's post. Guess we just check in ever 3 or 4 hours since the hope was to back in 12-24.

BTW: The first 197 photos with comments on the float are still available on my Flicker - it is only the last 30 or so that are misssing from the photo gallery. The reason these are in the photo gallery, is because there are limitations on Flicker (200). The last ones are when it is decorated. - the 31st.

Oh yes, you can visit members pages and check out their You Tubes, leave messages, let them know your thinking of them. If they find their way on to their page - remind them of SA3. So let's just and keep on and the flowing.

Kathy, I found the jigsaws after CG said they were working. THANKS CG for that info!

On this page, scroll up, on the right, find the big box that is headed Network Sites. About 5th one down in that box is Jigsaws. I could get to EASY and HARD puzzles, medium was no photo on the cut up pieces. Might be other ways to get in, but this worked for me.

SUZY, glad you found this page! We have been trying to leave a bread crumb trail to help people find it. CG, so glad you sent Suzy this way.

Together we will survive the site being down . . . . maybe.

Hi, Worldwide comrades! Chatting like this deep in the dark, hidden recesses of the site, I feel like I've cut class to smoke in the bathroom! Kinda fun! I left a few bread crumbs around on members pages, telling them that the Easy Page (without puzzle) is on Forum SA3. Maybe that will get more coming this way.

Dino was missing his also - if you were using a recent Avatar at the time the site went down - you have the "x box", just like all recent additions to photo galleries and special smilies.

You can update your You Tube. Which I did earlier today. Will try to update Flicker & My page in a bit.

A pair of pee wees are hanging around the branch the fallen nest was originally attached to. I'm wondering if they are planning on building another nest.. I'll watch the spot to see....

Eve, I stopped by Tricia's page earlier to wish her a Happy Birthday. There were several posts there.
Suzy, we once had a bluebird nest blow out of a tree in our yard. There were 2 new babies on the ground. One was dead, but the other I brought in the house and warmed up. Once it was moving around, I took it to a wildlife sanctuary here in town. A couple months later I got a post card saying that it had survived and was released. It was very satisfying.

No offense meant, and Dino would be the last person to be offended. I should not have commented. My foot is far too big for my mouth but it fit in there today.

Hi Kathy, we were hoping for a similar happy ending and had watched the nest all day as it gradually increased it's angle... unfortunately it ended up tipping the baby bird out during the night and we were too late... We took another baby pee wee to an animal rescue organisation a couple of years ago, that one was tipped out of it's nest by mynor (sp?) birds. It didn't make it either....

We have a terrible fog here today. It is abou 49 deg. It is hard to believe a few days ago we were at 6 below 0! Welcome to Michigan!

I was in Michigan in 1988 - eons ago! It was September and the weather was beautiful. I had just met my now husband, so maybe I was biased?

Sorry about that Dino - when I think of "Dino", I think of Dean Martin (when he was young and good looking) or Dino's Pizza (when hungary).

The page updating function works - no problems.

Except for some reason a group of my pictures on my computer have all switched file names. The icon photo shown for a file name is the incorrect one. The file names are there and the photos are there, but they are not properly matched up. Anyone ever had this problem? It is not all of them just some of them. Anyone ever have this problem & how is it resolved.

Suzy, I had an advantage because when my daughter was in first grade they had baby chicks in the class room (they were hatched from eggs that the teacher had gotten from a farm) On the weekends each kid took turns bringing the incubator home. The heat source was a small wattage light bulb. When I found the baby bird (bald, no feathers) I rigged up an incubator out of a cardboard box with a lamp. It kept the bird warm until I could get it to the wild life place.
