OH DINO, with the sofa, we will have extra seeting for visitors!
I am trying to help BEAN get a chair, not sure the one she picked will show up as nicely as it really is. Our Bean has exquisit taste, priciest chair on the chair site I do believe hehe

LOVELY spring weather today, started cool but quickly up to most plesant. Dry air, crisp, blue skies, sunshine and a gentle southern breeze. More and more trees look "lacey", not yet green leaves, but I can tell the buds are opening. Hubby and i sat out on back porch today and enjoyed.

OH OH< I must tell you about what we saw this morning. I think I have mentioned we have a pair of eagles we watch soaring from time to time. This morning they were riding the breeze, up very high, could just barely make them out they were up so far, and all of a sudden one of them tucked in his wings and went HEAD DOWN into a power dive! Boy did he fall fast! I never did see him pull out of it, he was down below tree top level fore he did, but what a sight!! After a few minutes, I saw him emerge from below the tree line and slowly gain altitude circling on the currents.
I wonder if he got whatever it was he dived for? I have read that only 3 in 10 attempts result in the prey being caught. i did not see anything in his claws, so must not have got it this time.
Can you tell, I love observing the nature around here?? I really do enjoy being in such a rural area where so much to see.

Thanks for the cuppa MizT, really appreciate it.
Those eagles must be spectacular to watch. Not long after we moved here, the town revamped it's main street's appearance and had an official 'opening'! Part of the ceremony was an Aboriginal 'smoking' by a representative of the local indigenous people. Whilst she was doing it, some of us in the crowd looked up and directly above us was an eagle circling. Later someone mentioned it to the woman and she said that it was a good sign, an extra blessing for the town. Very moving.

Hi Gail and Dino,
Glad your girls arrived safely, Gail. There's nothing worse than worrying about kids driving long distances - even if you try not to!
Not till August - don't know why I thought it was April (both months start with 'A', and I'm old!)

Hi all. Just popped in to wish you all a Happy Easter. Hope you get lots of chocolate. I still have to make up clues for Amber's Easter Basket Hunt. I've been doing that since she was in Kindergarten. She still loves it.

HI vdV, I hope your computer is soon repaired. We have missed you lately. you had lightening strike it, right?
I am so very glad, when that happened to us, we were able to have it repaired out of pocket and wait for insurance check to reimburse us on that. Hubby "needs" computer for business, you know.

Tricia.. I was thinking while I was potting..
I could pop in and bring those spider plants with me, and drop in on Ruby, and Cyndi, and Mama on my way to Becky's and Stella's.
Then pop across to Julie's, up to Rena's, then back to Oz
to Brisbane to CynB, Madby's, and Broni
down to June's in Sydney,
across to Canberra to see Jenni,
down to Melb to Gail's, Bean's, Dino's, fly in the Jabiru with Cous..
then back across the Nullabor back to Perth.
Meet up with Lynda and Mary to show off my travel photo's and gossip about the SA4 members!!
