It seems that SA7 is getting old and slow. It is time for a new page. Welcome to SA8.

It's interesting that you have "hair" sheep, eaa. So do we. I prefer the Katahdin/Barbados/Moufflin strains (super resistant to everything) and IH likes the Dorper.

Congrats, Tami, on the TOPP and good night to both you and Dylan. Yes, he must go to school tomorrow, but just wait until the day before HIS Bar Mitzvah!

Hi, Heidi! Have you ever regretted removing your sheep from your farm? Are there still problems with coyotes and dog/coyote crosses?

The coy dog and his pack are still terrorizing the neighborhood. Fortunately, they're leaving our farm alone now since their favorite food source left and they ate most of my poultry. In a year or 2, I'll probably buy back some of my ewes and start again.

Most of my sheep were purchased by IH and his cousin together and kept on his cousin's farm. I visit them once in a while.

Hope you can keep those terrors away from your 'exotic' collection of birds Heidi.

There are only small flocks of sheep in our council area [Hobby farms] and even less shearer.
