Hi all again.I have just done 2 hrs weeding a got rid of 3 lg wheelbarrows full.It looks much better but still more to do.The weather is beautiful today.

Back from the vet with only half of the exam for Jazz being completed...seems we need to wait for the blood test results come back before moving forward with the other necessary shots...but he's doing well and has lost enough weight...first time I've heard that his weight is great...wish I could say that about my weight...

Suzy, those are the best TOPPs. I also like it when you have 3 or 4 people all posting and wondering which will get through first. I enjoy the act of competition more than winning a competition.

Have to get back to housework.We are moving a stereo cabinet from one room to another to put the new tv on the wall.
Then the 3 grandsons are coming for the day while Mum & Dad go to a lunch time wedding.

Well...I have now completly given up on the notion that I will ever get a Topp...even when I tried I had to usually CP to get one...and not being as clever nor as witty as some of you...that's too hard...if I do happen to get one, I will be the most suprised person around...so please accept my resignination from the attempt....however, if I do happen to gain that spot, I will most gratefully acept with glee Meanwhile I'll just watch as the comments fly and say congrats to all who Topp!

You have just got poor luck at TOPPs, usually posting in the middle of the page. June has the opposite luck. You'll do it one day.

The good part about the gym is that it is free. My health insurance pays for it, something about preventative medicine.

Tami- I have the time table on the fridge to join the hydrotherapy at the local pool,
as this is the only excercise the docs want me to do,
but its just collecting dust.
Need to get motivated

There is a deep water running program I want to get into, 8pm 3 nights per week,
no pressure on the ankles,
thats why it would be a good one for me

5 of us from school joined together to try to motivate each other. We are just trying to get a schedule that works. We are hoping at least 2 or 3 will be available to work out.
