Hi all. Early here today. Putting off a big job and I don't wanna do it. Need to strip and recaulk the window, tub and surround.

i feel the same way about easy vici. i try to ignore it, but sa6 is definatly my refuge.

Mariana... I'm starting to fear that we're jinxing poor June. The more luck we wish her, the more bad things occur. Even though I wish that life would lighten up for her family, I'm gonna keep my mouth shut. Maybe then.......... ?

yikes!! heidi you're right! i didn't think of that. maybe the opposite will hold true. in an effort to change june's luck- may all the curses of the world rain down upon the heads of you and yours. hope that works. i just isn't in my nature to wish ill of others, but i'd do it for any of you if you needed it.

Well, I need to run errands. Grocery. Pharmacy. Feed store. Vet Clinic (pick up Mason, who's just been spayed). Then a much needed NAP!

Good morning, Thanks for all the good wishes. Things are looking up and I am not concerned for Sharon, and she in not really concerned either, but naturally getting it fully checked out. (I grew up on a dairy farm and it was always a concern about the cows getting mastitis).After today Laura should be sleeping much more comfortably. (the large tonsils made her breathing difficult sometimes when she was asleep)

I am more concerned for Heidi and her problems as it will take some getting over and with no real support and lots of animals to care for you are not going to get lots of that real rest you need to help your recovery.

Broni suggested I visit so this is my 1st time here I think. I looked in & politics was being discussed so it wasnt my thing.
I got a little upset at yesterdays posting on easy,the usual friendly atmosphere seemed to be replaced with a tinge of nastiness.Not my scene at all...everyone to their opinion.Glad it seems fine now.

Vici, I qualify as an old geezer as I was posting in 2005. I think I've got that right. You are right, my posts are often not noticed, but I think that's because I don't post on easy very often. And last night I think I left after my post so didn't see what happened afterwards.

Yesterday I zipped over town to do one thing and was about to zip home again when I realised that I was free to wander around a little. I wandered around a couple of shops, got bored and came home!

Nola, there is something about easy I won't give up - the puzzle!!

Suzy, I grew up west of Sydney on the Nepean River. (That was our 'back' fence.)I must post some picture of the old heritage listed farm house that was burnt down in the 2001 Christmas day fires. (we sold in 2000)

My puzzle times are dreadful...usually over 6 min.But I have fun

June! How sad that the house was lost! Although it was lucky for you that it had sold before the fires (and that you weren't there during the fires!!!!) it is sad to lose some of our history.

I'd love to see photos!

Nola, I have been doing the puzzles for years and only occasionally do I get a time a little like some of the amazing ones posted on easy..

My connection has slowed to a crawl again... Clouds are coming over, could that be it?

Suzy, just put up some photos. Sad to see the home go but it was not being lived in at the time and it was harder to see it disintergrating.
I have lots of photos of all parts of the house and farm and even a very discoloured painting done in 1918. Our family purchased the property in 1930.

Mariana, only 9 more posts for a TOPP, and this time I will hold my breath for longer....

Suzy..I'm glad to hear my times are similar.There are some clever people,but sudoku isnt my strong point.Not sure what is either.ha ha
