Well isn't today a lovely day.... good friends, good cheer and another couple have stumbled into the best kept secret on the site....

Now you know where we all hang out to chew the fat and natter away to our hearts content..... [and NAG each other!] I think you have done well to find us Heidi when you have only been a member for 3 months.... it took me nearly 9 months to find the REAL heart and soul of sudokuland.

There are a few "inside jokes" that started with a comment on here, but we will explaine if you ask.

SA started after the end of the "last to post" contest which is a bit hard to explaine, but many of us made friends there and were on so often we knew we were addicted, so, we set up a meeting place. We are on the 5th page now, cause somewhere over 10,000 comments we have posting problems, we have to move pages again!

Bean, I happen to enjoy eating, when someone else does the cooking and occasionally even my own hehehe. Tonight we had smoked turkey breast (from our smoker Sunday)brocolli, black eyed peas, and it was Good!

Ah Tricia....wish I could work out to get you over here!! At least we can enjoy each others escapes here even if it is vicariously!! Gotta tell you my coffee went down a treat today!

Someone said the waiting for results must have been worrysome and going back and back for more testing. Nope, happens to me, large dense ta-tas, hard for them to see through. I had a talk to myself first time it happened and I had to wait about 3 weeks for results.

Self, I said, you are not to worry till they say " biopsy" and then only worry a little bit! Works too, I did not worry, and this time test results were back fast, done Thursday at noon, results Tuesday morning.

Tonight is the night that Gail and I like to sit and enjoy our cooking shows on the ABC & SBS. The big difference with us is she gets to try out the recipes and I just dream about them!
Saw Gordon Ramsey do an interesting job on a chicken maryland that he boned and stuffed with mince pork, pistaccios and herbs the other night. He then rolled them in streaky bacon, poached them and then panfried them to crisp up the bacon. They looked delicious...will let you know if I ever get around to trying that one out.

OH RENA, you just need to post your itenery ( how you spell that?), we will question you to death!

Mum's taxi has been called upon.... will catch you all later. By then I might be able to join Mama in a glass of wine. Ciao

BEAN, although new meds are helping a lot, I still culd not tolerate 17 hours on a plane! So, when I win the lottery, I will charter me a jet, with a bedroom, travel at my night, and sleep away about 9 hours of it right in the middle of the flight. Leaves an hour for dinner, 3 hours for watching TV in the recliner, hour for getting beautiful in the morning, coffee and computer and I will BE THERE. Travel with all the comforts of home,, hehehe

what really gets to me, is there are people who DO travel like that. I could have done so much with Money!!
