In your solution for the 16 aug tough you state UP 81 after the coloring step but I can only get to UP 45 after that step.

Hi, Sotir -- I enjoy studying all the different strategies that can be used to solve each puzzle, but I'm not very savvy about proof coding. Is there a source online where I can go to learn your proof notation?

IMO, Kraken (or some my diagrams) is one of ways for presenting deductions as Steve presents his deductions by matrixes… Importance things is that you must be found SIS (strong inference sets) then you can present as Kraken, Steve’s matrixes or other ways.

I have recenttly advanceed to trying to tackle tough sudokus and I have been working through the solutions from you, Steve and Alfred.

In your solution for Oct 2 in step 3 the reason you deduce that e9<>2 is because the AIC loops back to e1?
