Hi, Carol, from a San Diego North County Sudokuist! to the Jungle!

Thanks for stopping by, Carol. I do love this site, too. Have traveled to Australia in '09 to meet some of the members over there...wonderful people. Have also been to "sudoku-meets" here in CA with a number of our members. A nicer group of people I have not yet met!

I remember seeing Peter Nero in person twice. Once he said he would play Chopin with his left hand, Gershwin with his right hand, petal with his right foot, but his left foot would just be excited.

When I was in high school and collage, I was in the musician's union. I played all the brass and double reed instruments. I was a very bad pianist. I played the easy Chopin, the harder Mozart, a little Beethoven. But I could play most of the French horn parts without a score. The most fun was playing in the orchestra for some of the Richard Rogers Musicals.

We have a channel here on the TV that plays 'classic art' clips. The beautiful music from the past. Tho I also discovered the classical side of Sting there. Like the surviving Beetle, Sting is a great musician. I have a piano, but my hands are crippled so I don't play it. I do play my recorder now and them.

About photos Keith sent me a way to fix them, but I never did. Try the forum page, or go to his page and ask. He is a very nice man.

Just checked out your four Flickr photos and they are lovely, especially that sunset.

If anyone can help me create a Picture Gallery (I see many beautiful ones on your sites), I would appreciate your help. Do I upload more photos to the same place as my current photo, and do they automatically go into a Picture Gallery???

Not too positive Carol, as it's so long ago when the photo galleries first started, but go into "Update Details" at the top of your page and you should see options at the top about submitting photos to your gallery. Hopefully this will help you. You do need to reduce the size to fit them on the page though.
If you are referring to submitting photos for the sudoku site, that option is above the puzzles on each page. You do need to reduce them in size considerably for that.

I'm sure you'll find a small amount of time to spend on here between looking after your grandchildren, although I do know they can take up a lot of time but it's worth it.
