Holy sheep droppings; with Jane and Andre the sheep are facing stiff competition.

Good Afternoon all...What a night...lots of fun and a job well done...over and over again! Took a lot of time to read and enjoy. On my way to the hospital to set Sully free...nasty weather here, rain, and sleet, so it will be slow going just to stay safe...hope to get back later.
Fishing Guy! Enjoy!

Jane - you wear jammies? I think the experience of using TelePresence on this site would be a bit more shocking than that...

Rayray, HSD indeed! You'd better get your sheep in gear. We're waiting for your fridge poem. By way of background, (I don't think you were around when André's fridge hit the bridge) check the archives for July 11, starting on page 1 at 12:43 am when André announced the demise of her beloved Electrolux - you will see there were quite a number of poets around back then!!!

Question: Has anyone been able to utilize the "ElfYourself" site? I'm definitely saving it for when I actually get some photos on my new computer.

Funny to be reading of snow and sleet when i am sitting here in a short sleeve shirt, and have been feeling hot most of the night. Mr P broke the news yesterday of a possible trip to Colorado Springs - my reply was "not in December, I hope!" after he got blizzarded in there last year and almost didn't make it home for Christmas. But no, "probably January" he said. Oh that'll be much better - not!! Still, at least then we won't be sweating on him getting home for Christmas.

Jane, do you keep an index or have you built a sudoku.com.au search engine to find stuff in the archives? How the heck else did you know that July 11 was the 'Great Big Fridge Wake' at André's. I'm impressed.

Billy, some heartaches are harder to overcome than others and knowing the beer and wine will suffer as well is an unconsolable tragedy. I am meerily awestruck, gobsmacked, flabbergasted and etc. that Jane knew exactly in which file cabinet all the used tissies were stored.

Fishing Guy. Not sure if it is the weather in your neck of the woods for fishing (or do you cut a hole in the ice?) but have a great day.

Sorry to say I have a puter problem and this is, for now, preventing easy asscess to the Internet and Sudokuland. The sheep are in the dumps (or in the droppings; whichever), but it can't be helped. I'm hoping things will be righted by (our) tomorrow.

jeb all you have to do is type electrolux in the search box at the top of this page for sudoku and there in the first entry is my dearly beloved fridge's death. I am choking with emotion as I type this, the wound is still raw. I hope Whirls my new fridge can at least shoulder some of my pain...

Hi everyone.
I just want to say thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday yesterday - both on the easy page and on my own page. It was a fairly ordinary birthday as birthday's go but it was nice to receive your good wishes. It was definately a big day for sudoku - I haven't read all of it yet but will try later. Have to start my Christmas shopping today (never start until I've had my birthday!!!)
Bye for now
Lindy

andré - may the butter compartment find joy with lurpak...may the egg holes be comprised of free range eggs...may the ice blocks grace the glasses of gin and tonics...I have worked for hours and hours on a fitting ode to your new companion...I hope you appreciate the subtle metaphors, the imagery, the metre, the effort...

Joy to a new life...

Light goes on
light goes off
Light goes on
Light goes off...

As I said - hours and hours...

jebbles - may you continue to be flabbergasted.
