I enjoyed looking at your photo - I'm in the Chicago area and got that April snow also. congrats on your wtg loss - looking good I have lost about 30lbs 2 years ago but the last 10 are the worst I heard someone say of their exercise/wtg program - I treat it like a part-time job - isn't that the truth. Hi Thanks for your visit. Yes I am still walking and should pass the 2,000,000 step mark in about one week. The diet hasn't been adhered to as it should but I've only gained 3 or 4 pounds. I now have a new incentive to lose as my husband is too busy for long haul travel but has suggested I go on my own to visit the family in Singapore. I just have to call the family tomorrow and invite myself (one doting grannie suffering withdrawal syptoms); It is now 8 months since I saw them all, so hope trip can be arranged sooner rather than later. Leaving enough time to slim down a bit first, of course.

Droping by to give you an early Birthday Greeting - Aug 15th is a great day (at least 2 great people were born - you & me) LOL.

I figured, I'd spend mine with the person who brought me to the dance - and the one who most remembers the day - my Mom.

Hello Angie - thank you for visiting my page and visiting my Flickr photos. Glad to hear that you enjoyed them. Yes, I am a very lucky Granny but don't get to see my six grandchildren very often as they are scattered from New Zealand, to our west coast then up the North/West of West. Australia. In other words, in all directions.

Angie, excellent advice on my page. Yes, beer is my biggest problem. I did picture myself soaking in a tub of Bloody Marys ... with a big straw. Bad ... bad. It is so strange how for several months, keeping on track seemed easy. Now, I'm having a very hard time just trying to stay even. Your encouragement helps. Thanks.

Hey Angie, How nice to know that there s such a nice person that thinks about me and lets me know it! How cool is that? Pretty darn cool, let me tell you. I loved your video...a great picture of what made America great...but as far as I'm concerned, our current leaders are tearing us apart...no, I'm not going there...too depressing...its got to get better for the working man and woman soon though...the economy is great for some, but not all. Hi you nonsmoker you...how are you doing? Im so proud of all of your hard work...keep it up. I've gotten your notes, but have been so busy...besides helping Sully get better, I've got three projects going ,one for my church, one for my condo association and one for AARP and they all are requiring time that I really don't have right now. I also have several trips that I'm trying to prepare for. My granddaughter is having a baby in January, and I plan on going there to spend some time when the baby is born, and of course my big trip to Paris and London in April...so all in all, I'm busy!!!! Sully is doing well as far as his surgery is concerned, but his diabetes is creating some problems that making his full recovery more difficult...but we'll get there. You stay well and keep doing all that you've been doing...more later.

Things here have been a little hectic as I have been experiencing some health problems, but I am hanging in and staying positive. Got the green machine all set for the first snowfall?
