It is a fiber cereal, Shiela. From what I heard fiber cereals are a cure all.

My son's girlfriend bought me a new cup for my coffee. It's much bigger than the one I usually use, and so heavy that it's hard to hold. She means well, but it always has to be the biggest and the most expensive. She should be old enough too have learned better.

If I don't get going I won't be in time to have my side mirror replaced! ...Again! #$@&*^##@*
... But hubby still loves me! Isn't he wonderful???
