No probs at the moment topper.... except fpr my typos.

I know everyone is gone but I thought I would make an observation. I've notice that when the page is changing, if there is more than one post going in at the same time, usually one or more of them gets lost. It's happened many times here. The other pages wouldn't notice it since there aren't usually a flurry of activity all at once.

STELLA, I have noticed the same thing, and it is not always when change of page , but more often than not.

GAIL, congrats on TOPP, good job there!

gee, where are the US gals? Becky was out visiting, I think but where is everyone else??

I could use a nap! The humidity has settled in. We had torrential rain earlier. It sounded like someone was banging on the roof.

I have cut out a scrub top for hubby. He likes those when working outside in summer and prefers all cotton. I cannot find all cotton to buy him, so I make.

OH that is rain! I am not napping today, i slept so much last night!

Hubby was looking for a part for D#1's car (which she is not using for the trip) so I went along because I had to return some things both daughters didn't want to Penney's. Then went to Borders to find summer reading books for D#2. It seemed to take all afternoon.

Now the sun is back out and the steam is rising off of the grass and road.

I am glad daughter arrived at location , know you are relieved.

Very much relieved, until the next leg of the journey and of course the drive home!

OH YES, humidity really goes up, like a steam room. We are cloudy today.

Did I tell you, my tomatoes were YUMMY last night? i am looking at plant again today to see if any magically ripened over night.

i was saying, I remember when my girls made trips not that long, and How I worried. NOW oldest daughter is worrying about her daughter, but she is riding home from college with another, she does not drive yet.

I had not noticed my posts were an hour apart, just posted when I had a chance to get back to the puter.

G'day all! Tis evening here and I didn't get anything done today. Jurassic Park 2 is on. Right now T-rex mommy is very angry that they have her baby.

You would think a T-rex would be more appreciative of the fact that they fixed their baby. But noooo...how ungrateful!

HI GAIL, you do have something to celebrate today! I was always glad when the 3 month summer holidays were over and they were back in school, cause they got bored toward the last. The community pool had lost it's charm by then.

Hello to you all this beeootiful windy winter's morning.

Neighbor came over and we were trying to sit on the orch. Mosquitoes were hungry! you caouls see them buzzing around. Guess when you get rain,, you get mosquitoes! I came back inside, do not like being bit.
