Thank you too Mary. I will accept all symathies both for him and myself! It started Monday and according to MizT's research it can last 5-10 days. The fact that he is upright is momentous in itself. We were running out of dvds for him to watch! While I love him dearly, and truth be told he has been a patient patient, I need him to not be here for a while, if you know what I mean. Sheesh, can't a woman potter around in peace!

He has complications that I wont go into just now so meds are not an option unfortunately except for a painkiller that the doc prescribed. That took the edge off and he hasn't taken any for the last couple of days. He's been very brave considering! Much much water to flush the nasty uric acid crystals out of his blood stream.

This has been a long day. Up before 5, on the road by 6:30. Drove with hubby & brother for about 3 1/2 hours to another state for funeral of an aunt who died suddenly. A little visiting with cousins, then turn around & drive back home. Luckily hubby drives, as I fall asleep in the car, often in about 20 minutes.

Every day I wake up and can move is wonderful....life is good! How'sschool?

WOW...that is a busy day. Condolenences on the loss of your aunt. Was she ill? Was it just age..which is another part of life?

I started Uni last week and am finding it pretty hard to get my head around some things, so have had to concentrate pretty hard on that. It's been 20 years since I've been to Uni, so things have changed quite a bit. I am continuing to work my old job on Fridays, so that's where I am today
