Huumm, ya do not suppose my hubby got really jealouse of Sudolukand and conjured up this electrical grimlin to keep me off the computer, totally?? Oh well, I do have a book I can loose myself in.

MAMA, am really enjoying book 2, about 300 pages into it,and it quickly seemed I was back in Knightsbridge, England, staying at the Priory. I must read faster, this book is due back at library Feb 9! 6 days to read, over 700 pages to go, can I do this? What chores and obligations can I postpone for a week?

Good morning all! Back but not yet unpacked. Lots of stuff to do. Normally, the Christmas tree would have been taken down last week, but since we weren't here, it's still up!

Hi Stella, you must leave your Christmas tree up a long time. It is normal to take decorations (and trees) down by 12th night (5th or some say the 6th January) Any left up after that have to stay all year as it would bring bad luck to take them down.

Thanks for the coffee MizT it is still lovely and hot so that hopefully means your electrical gremlins have bee evicted.

STELLA< BRENDA, no such luck, gremlins still in evidence. But hubby decided it was not good for my cpmputer to be so uncerimoniously turned off and on, as the lights go out. He brought in a construction type extension cord, the big thick yellow ones, and moved the power strip for computer to another circuit. One not flickering on and off. I am glad he cares so much for his computer. I might get to stay online today hehehe

STELLA, good to have you back home, we did miss you while you were gone. I hope you enjoyed your trip.

Stella, mine only came down last weekend. Our Christmas tree always stays up past 5 January, though not usually this late.

Hi Rolanda, brother is in Singapore at present oops just realised that it is Tuesday already. He should arrive in Perth this evening. He will make the best of whatever weather is out there. He will be enjoying seeing his daughter, son in law and especially his 2 yr old grand daughter.

I've just realised that I haven't seen dinoa round for a while, do you know if she is ok?
