I'm back. Julie, are you still here?

D#2 and friend I brought back with us from the exam (she did not have a ride home) and youngest son are downstairs watching 'Happy Feet.' I have not seen that movie but from the way they are laughing, it must be very good! Of course, they probably should be outside since it is a gorgeous day. Oldest was at his desk, hopefully organizing the stuff he needs to send in for orientation.

If everyone is admitting ages here I am 52 and birthday Feb 23

I seem to be roughly in the middle of the age range.
To me age is just a number it is how you feel and act which is important and I don't feel in my 50's

I thik I am going to have to change my deodorant again, everyoe seems to vanish when I log on

Yes Julie, when I was getting ready to go he announced that he had done the tough puzzle. Of course he probably cheated! He asked if he could make a comment because he liked the picture. I told him it was ok as long as he identified himself. He wants to sign up as a free member!

Brenda, you are SO right about age being a number. Sometimes I forget how old I am and without thinking try to do something that would have been much easier at a younger age. I don't feel/think older, but my body sometimes reminds me.

Stella, that's great if he does the tough puzzle! I just go and do the jigsaw of it, then read comments.

I know what you mean Julie! I always forget how old I am. Sometimes when I meet one of my kids classmates' parents, I think of them as my age even tho it is obvious that they are 15 years younger!

Ian is a mischief maker, so he is probably thinking what kind of mischief he could get into with his own page. lol I'll have to keep a close eye on him!

Stella, my youngest sister was almost 42, I think when her only child was born. SOOO many people comment on her 'grandchild.' That's tough on her.

Stella, I'm sure he just wants to do the puzzles and make comments occasionally.

My first husband was 56 when our son was born and he had very grey hair. He was always been taken for the grandfather, he always proudly told people that it was his son. (my first husband was 24 years older than me)

It will be frightening to get back here in three weeks time and have goodness knows how many pages to catch up on.

HI BRENDA, Stella and Julie and whomever else is still here. I got a few things done. dishwasher emptied and breakfast stuff loaded, then noticed I needed to water pots of flowers on back porch, 2 of them wilted terribly to get my attention!

I am getting lunch brought in today, Chineese, One of my favorites. hubby had to go to town for something he needs, and offered, I said THANK YOU heheheh. NO COOKING TODAY, and yes that was a shout heheheh.
