Some busy people here today.

I'll see if I can do my bit as well.

Driving to Port Macquarie tomorrow for a funeral on Monday. Then back home 5 hours each way.

I have not contacted Viv as I do not think we will have time to have a coffee together and anyway it would be Monday morning and she may be working.

I have had Laura today so I have lots of tidying to do. I have been covering coat hangers and Laura was 'helping'.

That will do for now. must go and stack the dishwasher.

Watched the TV, fed the cat and watched the eagles change over. My computer is always slow this time of night so the cam keeps freezing.

Also washed the sheets today and hubby has just helped me make the bed. I cannot lift the mattress to tuck the sheets under.

Nobody really wants to know all that but it does help to fill up the page.

I have read almost 3 pages of posts and do not remember anything I have read. I will use the excuse that I am on vacation and don't have to think.

I have to get in my truck now and pick up IH. He's having work done on his truck and needs to do some volunteer work for the Cattlemen's Assn, so I'm letting him use mine for the day. If he breaks it, he'll have to buy me a new one.

What are the odds that he'll damage mine?

Heidi, if you want a new truck I would say slim to none. If you like your truck then there is a good chance he will damage it.

They are going to start my new roof on Monday. One of the perks of having a Home Owners Association. This is what my fees are paying for.

I will post pictures of my new roof. I should post before and after.

Dylan has a baseball game soon. My parents are supposed to come watch and so is my FIL. I hope he has a good game with all the support.

I still have my truck. I went to pick him up at the mechanic's place, and he told me that the mechanic was fixing his truck as we spoke, and he wouldn't need mine after all. I asked him why he couldn't call me on the cell phone and tell me that before I wasted time and gas. He had no answer other than to pat his pockets looking for his cell phone. Ih, well. At least he won't total my truck.

The back is feeling about 50% better today. I know I didn't do any permanent damage, just bruised and strained it.

I think I'll go change avatars.

Everybody else is switching to clover and shamrock leaves for St Patrick's Day, so I might as well join the herd.
