Okay tell me how you get different lounges or chairs up I cant seem to get these on my page or any where would love something when my name comes up whats your secret June do tell me

Mary / Manly I have made about 8 avatars over time and have to go to update details on my page when I want to change them (and remember to hit submit change at the bottom of my page as well).
Today I opened another page and changed it but that did not work so had to go back into the page I was posting from. Sorry that probably does not make a lot of sense if you have not worked with the avatars.

Went back and checked and I only have seven avatars.

Sure can't time you ladies...I was counting to try and topp again, but no one was commenting and I didn't want to cp that much...so figured I'd come back later...alas..I waited too long...but I'm on the prowl somewhat.. . Mary, I do hope you work out the avatar pix's...its not too difficult and can be adictive early on...good luck.

I must be thick as a plank but it all looks toooooo hard once it is explained a few times I wiil evenualy get it i hope

Just having a quick looksee around the site while I wait for the floors to dry.
MizT, we have a ride-on mower too but hubby uses that. I do the difficult bits with the push mower. Our block is 2/3 acre but only the front yard really needs mowing.

MizT, in answer to a question you posed some time back-when do we change from maEn to maeN, I have been giving this some thought!I change from mAen to maEn around about 5ish in the afternoon and then to maeN probably around 9pm, or toward the time when I am about to leave the site. Evening to me, refers to the time around dinnertime and night is closer to bedtime.
Hope that makes sense to you cos it has me shaking my head!

First public announcement of a new gathering.

Broni is coming to Melbourne in late May and I am hosting a Buffet lunch on Saturday 31st May, at my home. Any Melbournite sudokians or anyone who may be here at the time are more than welcome to attend. Post a note on my page and upon confirmation, I will supply details of where and how to get here.

Hubby mows the lawn with a normal lawnmower, and uses the whippersnipper..
Moi looks after the garden (which is sadly neglected of late - Weeds are having a great time multiplying)

I am in the middle of trying to make an avatar out of a picture d2 drew. It's going to be hers. Unfortunately I have trouble with pictures that aren't square, as you can tell by this chair, and she will probably want me to give it another try... I use shrinkpictures.com.

I'm off to try to catch hubby during the lunch break for his meeting. My phone is dead and the best place to get it checked (still have 9 months left on the %%$#% contract) is in Wollongong. He's heading up that way today and I am going to ask if he can leave a tad early and visit the shop for me. He will have to convince his boss to let him out of a meeting early so it probably won't happen today!! But at least he can send text messages for me telling people my phone is dead (mother and d1 use it a lot)

MARY/M, I saw the suggestion that I help you with avatars (those pictures or words or chairs). It is past my bedtime now, and I become brain dead and nothing I try works at this late hour. tomorrow I will hunt for my Avatars 101 post and do you a quick pic or a name, and send it to you.

I am trustworthy, all those people who say I have helped them with avatars and smilies,(Rolanda, Gail, Mamacieta, Mary, and I know some others) well I had thier e-mail addresses, they can vouch I am trustworthy :>)

Hi Gail & Mary from other side I sent MizT my e-mail address so hopefuly she can help me I am a bit thick when it comes to pooters craft embroidery sewing in general I am right but pooters no savvy Im afraid I just want to liven up my page & posts

Mary, if it weren't for MizT insisting on my having an avatar, I still would be posting the same way. She said she needed me to have one because she missed my posts in amongst all the flash ones!
Since then, I have gone on to do another two myself (with absolutely no help from my geeky hubby at all! ).

So it is quite easy even I can do it will you be in chat room tonight Gail I turned the pooter off at about 9-30 & saw 9 in the chatroom so I went to bed to many to handle for me
