Speaking of personal responsibility, I had a weird experience when Ally broke her arm. A person who didn't know the gym at all pressured me to make sure she was being adequately supervised and was actually doing what they said she was doing etc etc. It wasn't until I said her big sister had seen it happen that she let it go! She must have been a lawyer...

Well wake her up Gail! Movies and lunch wait for no sleepy teenagers!

Had a lovely time last night at the Family Gathering.. Quite a crowd.
Chatted with my siblings, newphews and nieces, Aunts, Mum...
Had lots of cuddles and chats with my various Gr Nephews and Nieces.

Twas going to make another comment about Daylight Savings..

Perth is already in natural Daylight Savings by 1/2 hour.
Our Time line is east towards the border of WA /SA.
(For those that dont know.. from Perth to the Border is about 1000 miles.)

On a coffee break. Why do things always seem to take so much longer than I think they will?

Rolanda, I think I ODd on spag bol, I don't really like it anymore. That is rather inconvenient as the kids and hubby love it so I get to eat it fairly often.... either that or cook 2 different meals, which is kind of against family policy.

not my fav either Suzy,but the family really like it,and besides so easy to fling..
and when I read Spagetti, thought ah yes, why not!!

Suzy, you are allowed to cook two meals if the different meal is for the cook. Come up with a good excuse, like it is a special diet. There is always a way.

I dont cook 2 different meals, it's either that ( what ever I cook) or nothing !!
Trust me when the cherubs were little, the younger one would look at what I was dishing up, and put himself to bed, because he didnt want it.

Just saw Heidi's coffee break comment - yep!!

the little monster would get quite ratty after a few days of not eating dinner, then I would make him eat a couple of spoons of each thing I dished up..
Now he eats anything and everything, and lots of, you'd never guess that he does looking at him,he is skinny as, nothing but skin and bone, and Hollow Legs !!

well my tea break is over.. back to doing stuff !!

Tummy is full. Had 2 1/2 hours sleep. I'm gonna read for little more, feed dogs, then catch up on sleep.

Why is it that I either get way too much sleep, or nowhere near enough?

It's that blasted alarm Heidi. It's waking you up too quickly when the pages are turning quickly, and not waking you up when the pages are turning slowly.

This one is going slowly. I'm sitting at my desk reading, and checking for posts (I don't want a major CP) and it's going slowly. Don't need the TOPP, but I enjoy the contest.

I am home from bowls. Social game and we won.

It was fairly hot at times and nice to be back home. Must check to see if Ken put the washing out.
