It's been bad this year. Three collies, a cat, eight finches, four calves and a cow. And all in 2 months.

Hi, Heidi! I'd try to give you a hand if I were there - and it was only the small calving pasture. I walk about 30-40 minutes (about 1 1/2 miles, I think) on the treadmill most days and about 20-30 minutes (about 3 miles) on either the upright or recumbent bike, then exercises. It's humid today, though, and my knees are complaining. How is your back?

I also have a thyroid condition. It started out as overacitve but was killed with radioactive iodine. I have been taking a thyroid supplement for almost 20 years.

I had Avon deliveries to do but my heart was not in it today.

It is cooler here today thank heavens.

I know those days well, VViv, I'm having one, too..... but mine is accompanied by a low grade fever and body aches.

Did not have to do much helping the gf today.
She needed a rest after her big day yesterday.
So I have been pottering around home doing the usual gninaelc etc.
Now about to go out in the garden.
Ethan is mowing the lawn but he is not impressed as the catcher fills up so quickly. Hehehe
We have had lots of rain and then sunshine and the grass is so long.
