Well the computer was not even on line and when I came on it was ready to start a new page so what could I do. I was not even lurking or anything.

Mum gave hubby a bottle of Ned Kelly Red for his birthday (it's not actually his birthday yet but she sent it home with the girls). The bottle is only the size of a long neck. Hubby just opened it and gave me half (noice hubby). It tastes just like Sangria!!! What a blast from the past!!! I haven't had Sangria since I left California....

I can hear something running around in the ceiling. I have found the torch so looks like I climb up and investigate!!! Either a rat or possum I suspect.

Hubby is cooking dinner tonight... the way it should be!

Well I got very dirty (white slacks! duh) and I am not as agile as I used to be. It was under the insulation in the bulkhead over the kitchen and where the roof comes down to meet the gutter. Could not see anything but I think it is a large rat. Will set a trap later tonight.
After that episode I think it will be early to bed with a hot water bottle on my back!

Suzy it is getting from the ladder into the ceiling and visa versa that is the hard part. And then climbing under and over the cross beams!
Probably not the best idea when I am by myself. (I forget I am getting older!)

Suzy I love your puffin. I missed seeing them when in areas where they could be found.

My puffin is my 'working hard' icon - which means I should change it as I am no longer working hard! I've never seen one in the wild either...

yeah not a great idea june! rat??? in the house? those nasty things bite. set the trap and stay away. that is definately a man job. if we have a mouse i just want to die. if we ever had a rat i would seriously have to move. white slacks too? june, june, june. i guess since you do your own washing i don't need to get on your case.

hello ladies. obviously i am up way past my bed time. i hate sleepless nights!!! thought i would get my energy out by cussin' out june. she doesn't really need it, but she was there. sorry june.

i have looked at some smilies. the problem is, is that you gals already took all the good ones! i'll just look like a copy cat, so i just can't go there. my smiley hunt is going to be hard!
