Family Anecdote Warning
I think I mentioned earlier that d1 was on birthday cake making duty. Well the cake was noicely made and iced ready for birthday singing after dinner. HUBBY JUST DELIVERED A PIECE OF IT TO ME!!!!!!

at work when we have a residents birthday we slice the cake put it on plates, put the candles on one piece, sing to the birthday boy or girl, and then hand it all out.
Seems to save time for us...

I'll do better than taking away his sock - I'll take away the bottle of brandy!

tried to submit a pic this morning,
June sent me some advice on how to do it(thanks June),
tried 4 times first and second the pics were too big, third time it was too big and the last time,
it was knocked back as its not square, boo hoo
so how do you make it square ???
can anyone help ????

i'm not running for it liz. i was popping some popcorn then got side tracked and started wiping out a cupboard. this place is helping me not give in to my ocd cleaning. i stopped after just the one shelf!

i use adobe photo elements and it is sooo easy.

Mariana the only problem with this site helping with your ocd is it can make you go the opposite and do nottin like me, I am proof of this. hehe

Shrink pictures makes your pic square for you if you use 'create avatar'. I'm not sure what's going on there...

Hello to anyone who is about. Suzy, I'm so sorry hubby spoiled the birthday event. I was about to ask how long it has been since he had a birthday cake, but I guess it would be about a year. (Yes, it's nearly 1 am here, so a silly question must be OK.)
