Love the snowflake. I wish we had real snow in Florida, occasionally. It did snow down here in Miami in January of 1977. We had snow flurries that melted as soon as it hit the ground.

Swing and Boogie Woogie are my favorites, too.

How do I find 'my song'...if they had such a thing back then...so many of you are claiming songs at birth that are a part of my 'hot' history...Oh Well...
BTW...when I said that I wasn't among the clever, witty folk....believe me I wasn't claiming not to be all of that...because I certainly do believe I'm among the greatest if not 'the one', (not conceited...just convinced...if I wasn't, who would be?) but I'm just not as clever or witty as quickly as many of you are...there is a BIG difference......nothing wrong with my self esteem..... Happy to claim my fame...true or not...you gotta believe.....Thanks for the faith shown...other than my own...Peace.

We have been in the upper 70's to lower 80's. I love it when it gets to the 50's and 60's. That is cold enough for me. I love where I live, I just really hate the heat.

RolaDahlia - that's my kind of weather! Just like here in St. Simons. We do get cold weather in the winter - but no snow or ice!

I'm afraid the snow isn't that far away from us. We have had it in October, but I prefer to wait until late November or early December.

My kids were so excited to see snow last summer in the Rocky Mountains. They tried to have a snow ball fight but it didn't work.
