Hey Bean, any of us can forget where we are, on occasion. Sudoku should lead to jigsaw puzzles, should be a law. No more comments from you tonight, that was your one and only free pass, ya hear?

Only 376 more posts to go until 12345. Will we make it or will we have to start SA7 before then?????

I seem to miss everyone on forum. I think I need to reset my internal clock. When I get in here, nobody else seems to show up.

I just woke up actually - 1am. Yesterday was hubby's birthday, so went out for dinner. He ordered a bottle of wine, then didn't drink any. I couldn't let it go to waste. Truble was I fell asleep at about 10

Went to a great Halloween party Sat night. I loved wearing pointy toe black boots. I was really brave and didn't brush my hair before going, dressing up as a witch was great fun.

Susan, we have 22 posts to go to TOPP and make it 12000 posts. Do you think we can do it? I don't care who gets the TOPP, I would love to be a part of a big page turn.

Sounds great. I wore all black to school on friday and put on my witch's hat. The kids were laughing and I picked up the nickname of "wicked witch of the west" I don't mind the nickname. Isn't it fun to be able to act a little goofy every now and then???

Read a good bumper sticker - I'm not old, I'm chronologically gifted.

There is no school on tuesday. They close the schools for election days as a lot of the schools are used as polling places and they don't want stranges on campus with the little kiddies. Hubby took the day off so after I go vote, we will be able to have a family day.

I love the bumper sticker. I would love to get one and put it on my dad's car. We are always teasing him about his age, he was just 80. My older son was studying the US civil war and 1860's and called my dad to ask what it was like back then. My dad replied that he doesn't remember the civil war but could tell him all about Moses.

Our elections are always on Saturdays here. I will be glad when the US elections are over. It probably gets as much media coverage here as our own elections do.

Your dad sounds funny. Hey I was just opening an email with pics of the latest Mercedes. I assume it's genuine - no pedals or steering wheel - you drive with a joystick. I think you'd have to be under 15 to be able to drive it!

My older son would love it. He is almost 12 and already looking forward to getting his license.

I also can't wait until it is over. Between the presidential election and all the local elections, I am sick of all the political ads on tv. It is almost enough to make me not want to vote.

Email says - scary thought that a 7 year old could steal your car and probably drive it better than you do. I wouldn't be able to drive it. The few times I've used a joystick, I find I have to lean with it. I'd look like such an idiot, leaning into corners.

The car my elder son passed up because it didn't have 4 bags (like his dad wanted) was bought by another local young man. Talk about rubbing my poor son's nose into it! The car previously was hundreds of kilometres away!

I don't even want to think about my son driving. I can understand how my dad felt when I started to drive. I had my license on the day I was old enough. I talked my dad into picking me up early from school and taking me on my 16th birthday for my driving test. I passed, but he would not let me use the car for a few days.

I was able to go around the block that night, just because I could, but I wasn't allowed to borrow the car yet. It started with short errands for my mom and worked my way up. I had my own car six months later. We moved and I was allowed to buy a car so that I could finish High School where I started and not have to change schools for 12th year.
