Ah, so you're all hanging out here. I've just found out why I've been feeling awful all day. The pills I should've taken this morning were on the kitchen sink with the dirty dishes. I think my senior moments are getting worse.

Rolanda and mary, I checked out the comments on the recips mary posted. I buy and use whole wheat flour here, by two different manufacturers, ond one is called whole wheat and the other brand is called graham flour, and they are interchangable. I cannot really see any difference in them, or any difference in the products I bake. Well, when I bake, and that is NOT summer time hehehe.

Maybe Rena needs to pack some boxes of Grahams in her luggage when she visits, so you can try the real thing!

MizT, I would love some graham crackers! That's why I grabbed the recipe. My kids probably don't remember, but they grew up teething on them, and then there's s'mores!!!!!

Forgot to add that I appreciate the comments about whole wheat flour as there is no way I would find graham flour here! And by here I mean not in civilisation...

DINO, not good to forget your meds! do you have those little plastic boxes, 7 attached together with individual lids, for putting your daily pills? makes sure you take them for the day. But If I read correctly, you got them from the bottle, just did not swalow them? the daily pill dispenser would not help a lot there! But I have to put my pills in the pill box, and hubbies also, cause once you have taken the same pills for over 2000 days ( hubby, not me yet) you just cannot remember, was that today I took them or yesterday!

Rolanda, I cheated with the photo of myself. It's actually all 4 of us, and it's an avatar that I used only once! Tee hee! But now if anyone says where is the photo of you, I can officially say there is one out there!

MizT, I do have a system that usually works, but I'd taken them out and put them on the sink while I made my coffee.

OH good Suzy, happy to add my 2 cents worth, as always. I think I even read somewhere they are basicly the same thing, graham and whole wheat flour.

speaking of pills, I have not taken my morning ones yet, I was up a bit too early to take them first thing today, about right time now though.

I need that BP meds at the moment. My lifestyle changes wer not enough for a while, could it be all the tests and the agrvation and worry and drugs they are giving me, prehaps?? copuld it be that thing called STRESS that ran my BP up at last 2 doc visits?

Dino will be easier to repeat it...was having IBS problems myself and worked out milk was one of the main culprits, thought it may be lactose intollerance so tried soy (and sorry MisT 'why bother!') Then found A2 which does not have all the other stuff in it and made a heck of a difference.

My new smilies have already been approved. I think Gath is getting sick of this and as soon as he sees who they are from, he just ticks them off!

Today I went to Kempsey to see the anesthetist that will be attending my operation on the 29th Aug.
Well he better be attending!! I have no intention of being awake I can tell you.
Also had an ecg etc. everything looking good.
I have one of those 7 day pill boxes.
But half the time I take them out and then cannot find them or remember if I took them or not.

Well I'm about to fall asleep at the keyboard....
