Sue, I'm just hoping it snows enough here. We have no grass in the backyard anymore, between the drought, the dogs, and the rabbits. I'd bucket it from the shower, too, if I dared plant anything. I bucketed it 2 years ago, then I gave up. Maybe next summer!

I'm afraid I haven't done much visiting lately what with being away over the Festive season and having my grand daughter staying with me.
I love your picture of the Iron Man Competition. Had a good chuckle to start the day off.

Hi Sue, I see where you are joining those of us in trying to lose weight. Wonderful. I understand your concerns having been in the gym and going 3 times a week. You said you haven't lost any weight. Well I've been going for about5 years, and I've only lost about 20 lbs total in that time: However, I've seen fat disappear from different parts of my body, and gone down a dress size after I started adding a little weight training to my program. Nothing severe, and only about 20 total minutes. In addition to the treadmill , bike riding and the rowing machine. Whatever you do, you are helping yourself even if weight doesn't seem to go down. You will do fine.

BTW, I just love the iron man comic strip. Very creative!

sounds like a run of outs for you so far, but you are right could have been so much worse. just relax and a job interview will turn into a job in no time. the sentimental value of your ring is something you cant replace but it could be worse could have lost entire ring ... have the gold remade and add a new stone.
you were so close to us .. should have called in said hello and had a coffee. never mind next time through.
they are the 3 things for you to go wrong so from here this year is onwards and upwards.
