Hi Theora, thanks for dropping by. I used to live in North Richmond also which is why I have a number of photos from around Richmond appearing from time to time. There are some lovely old buildings around the Richmond- Windsor area that are just asking to be photographed and I get great pleasure from showing them to the world. Hi Theora, just saw you comment when I visited Ian's page. I know where Richmond is! We used to drive through it when we went to Dubbo & we had friends at East Kurragong. My Dad was at the RAAF base the day I was born (Millions of yrs ago)! All my family & my husbands family & all our friends know where Richmond is!! So anyone who doesn't know where it is should find out. It's a very pretty place!

Hi, Theora, sorry for not getting back to you earlier but I haven't had a chance to get onto the computer so I only got your message tonight. That's one thing I feel sorry about: local residents & the aircraft noise. But I think out there when the RAAF when the arrived there wasn't anyone around. That river photo is on the Hawkesbury R at a place called Bar Pt, Which is west of the Hawkesbury River Bridge on the freeway going to Newcastle.
