D or A - I hate it when I wake up too early. Recently, I keep waking up between 3 and 5 AM. Today I slept in to 5:30 AM. Unfortunately, my best sleep seems to be between 6 & 9 AM - and that doesn't coexist with normal schedules! Hope you sleep better tonight!
