Well, if Julie really thinks we need to be on the next page before she gets back, I guess I should keep going.

Gail, we're going over the top, but I have neither a broom, nor a lectric cleaner, so let's see what (or who) happens.

Just got back on, had a quick squizz this morning but have spent most of the day finishing Harry Potter 6.
How about you, what have you been up to?

For some reason I have been extemely tired lately, and ended up (much to my dismay) sleeping for most of the morning. Then, the usual things I do; made the grocery list for the guys to go to the store, read the newspaper, and worked the Sunday 5* Sudoku--didn't even have to put this one on the site to finish it! I talked to my plants, then fixed supper. Boring!
Have you read all the Harry Potter books? I can't sit down and just read a book anymore--I fall asleep!

No, I haven't read the last one yet. Those in the house that have were under threat of a nasty spell if they mentioned a word about it!
I always like to read a chapter when I go to bed, I find it helps me sleep, but today was such a slow day, that I chose to spend some of it finishing the book. Saved doing housework!
You said you have been sleepy, how is your health otherwise?

Oh, Gail, how can you read only 1 chapter of Harry Potter at a time? Once I had started, I found them difficult to put down. I have really enjoyed them, and I will say NO MORE, so I won't spoil the 7th book for you.

hehe It was all Cyndi's doing Julie, I just came along for the ride!
How are you?
I will have to go soon, I just promised D#1 that I would get dinner started at 6pm. She and D#2 have to start work at 6am so they like to have an early dinner then get to sleep.

You'd better not say anything Julie, I have been practicing my wandwork. You don't want two extra ears on your nose or something, do you?
As this is the second time I have read them all, I find it a little easier to take my time over them. Can't say I will be reading the last one so casually.

Catch you next time Julie. Pleasant dreams.
As it's 6 now, I'd better go, but I will definitely look in again after dinner to see if anyone turns up.
Ciao for now.

Gail, I understand the multiple readings! I've read the first probably 10 times or more - usually re-read each book up to the next one to come out so I'd be ready to read the new one right away. Also re-read before the movies come out. (And I tried SO hard not to be drawn into the first book, refusing to even look at it for at least 6 months when it came out.)

Julie--just had to save you torment.

Gail--will have my blood tested again Thurs. I have a feeling I'm a pint low on iron again. The rest of my counts should be okay since I just got another ProCrit shot. The RA is alive and showing itself along with all it's little attachments; and, now I'm supposed to have sinus surgery. So, all's pretty normal.

I hope you sleep well, Cyndi! BTW, how often do you have Procrit? I give my hubby his twice a week, but has varied at different times from weekly to once a month. Take care, and stay as healthy as you can!

Hi Gail, I'm sure you will have gone to bed by now.
I'm fine at the moment, getting on with my work(salaried) while waiting for my unpaid tasks to progress (washing) I had to rescue my eldest daughter (Elaine) this morning after she was forced to take avoiding action from a thoughtless driver causing her to clip the side of the road with her front wheel. Unfortunately there must have been something sticking which has torn the side wall of her tyre. She was a bit distraught, not just that it was going to cost her for a new tyre but she was on her way for the first day of her placement at a new school (she is a student teacher on her last placement before qualifying)Fortunately I managed to get her there only a couple of minutes late. She had phoned ahead to let the school know of her problem.
I'm now waiting for the new tyre to be delivered to the 'shop' we use so it can be changed.

Brenda, what a way for your daughter to start her first day! I hope the rest of the day went better for her!

I'm up at Smuggler's Notch. Got here yesterday afternoon. Had to take the car since the van seemed to be leaking fluid. My sister ended up taking all the kids in her suv since our little car was packed to the gills!
The kids went snow tubing last night and had a blast.
Today, we went skiing and the weather and the slopes were perfect. I'm wiped though. Everyone went to the pool after dinner and I'm by myself in the condo now. I feel a little guilty!

MizT, sorry to hear about your oven. My SIL did that with mac 'n cheese. Haven't been able to figure that one out.

Hi Ian.

Gail, sounds like you've been having fun. Wish I could be there to gad about with you all.

Rolanda, glad you have a nice time on your anniversary. We have a railroad museum less than a mile from our house and have never been there. Maybe this summer.
