Appy, that is how i drink my coffee, well artificial sugar and milk, but i do know the formula for your prefered mix


My father put a spoonfull of his sweet black coffee in my milk when I was a little one, sitting in my high chair and I still put a little coffee in my milk .

Appy, we talk about the weather around the world and about each others children, and who is going to exercise, very mundane kinds of things mostly. Occasionally we will find a topic, like the one on migraine headaches Emels was asking about.

well in my personal experience nothing actually works for a migraine..

Appy, I have a sweet tooth also, I use 2 sweet and low which is equal to 4 teaspons of sugar, but then my coffee mug is about 16 ounces, a BIG coffee mug. It is what I call a FOUR FINGER mug, all fingers fit in the handle, helps with my holding it, with the arthritis in my hands.

Appy, do you have migraines also? I actually found something that worked for me about 20 years ago. It is hard to explaine. that was what we were talking about.

luckily, I can count the migraines I've had on 3 fingers but the only thing I could do was a quiet dark room.

yes I used to have..it has come down now..mostly hormone related

Gail, did you have the site down about 8 or 9 hours ago? I could not get on at my bedtime last night. In an IM, Rola said she could not either.

kinda allergic in nature, the causing agent being different every time.. so tough to treat..just grit and bear

OH I am glad your headaches have gotten better Appy. they could be so terrible and disruptive of your life.

Medications never did a lot for me, either, Appy. I learned to let my body work on itself to give me relief.

I wasn't on at the time, MizT. Just saw Gath's message on easy. It was the first I knew about it but if I had of been here and the site went down, you would have heard about it!!!

On the flip side then Gail, good to chat a bit. have a good sleep.

ROFLOL, Yes, Gail would have had withdrawal symptoms for sure! and complained loudly to all she could contact hehehe
