As an art teacher, is she in charge of the school play or is this a special project?

I have sewn for years and years.

I wish I knew how to do it the right way. It would probably make it easier. When I was a kid I used to take hand-me-down clothes and take them apart and sew them into new clothes. That's probably why I don't know how to read a pattern!

This year she has been asked to co-ordinate this Rock eistedford. It goes for about 8 minutes and they are in competition with other schools. The last two year a sewing teacher was the co-ordinator and my daughter painted all the back drops. The sewing teacher said she would not do it again ( but really wanted to be begged to do it) and is causing a few problems as she is in charge of the costumes and was to make them and then backed out of the monks ones. You do not give up doing things for 'school' when your children become teachers.

I am not in the TOPPS competition. Do not post enough for that.
The competition goes all day at the Entertainment Centre in Sydney propper. They will have a video of it and some of the best ones make it to a TV Special.
I have lots of patterns and mix and match different bits when I want to make something different. Have made 12 wedding dresses over the last 45 years.

Al has one of my new flower pots almost finished, this is a prototype, took a while to make it work I guess. Said ne needs some calk now fore he can finish it, OK, we donot need a pot that leaks water EVERYWHERE heheheh. I might go and sneak a peak at it, unfinished or not.

We had cold & wet the last 2 days, today is cold & sunny (although I can see dark clouds starting to appear).

Been watching the nsw wet on the news. June missed it cos she was in Melb catching up with the grandkids.

I need to let everyone know that I did some correspondence with Gath yesterday re all the problems that we have here. He suggests that we do start a new page (we could call it Sudokuaholic Anonymous 2), then he will close this one to comments. I don't want to do that until I see what others say. I am happy to go to all the regulars pages to let them know what has happened.

Yes, big storms again in NSW. Hopefully we may be seeing the beginning of the end of the draught ......

Good on you Jenni, sounds like a plan! Pages take way too long to regenerate. As long as we can access them for refreshing our brain on something that has already been discussed.
