Suzanne, no one is keeping track of TOPP's anymore, unless you want to. You can keep your snow, I am enjoying my sunshine.

Heidi, what kind of blintzes do you like? We might be able to figure out a way for me to ship them to you. My favorite is cheese.

I adore the cheese, blueberry, blueberry and cheese and any others except potato.
He asked me what I wanted for christmas, and I said a big supply of blintzes, that I don't have to share. Of course, his idea of a big supply is probably 3 boxes.

Tami doesn't get to enjoy the pleasures of the seasonal changes. Her weather is boring.

My weather might be boring, but at least I don't have to shovel snow. I do have to put up with the occasional hurricane though.

Rolanda, it is like a cross between a crepe and an eggroll. It is like a Jewish egg roll. It is a thin crepe-like pastry that is stuffed with cheese and/of fruit. It is then rolled to look like an eggroll, fried (not crispy) and then served usually with sour cream.

I do not make fresh blintzes. I usually buy them frozen at the grocery store. There is a place near me that makes homemade blintzes and sells them frozen. All you have to do is fry them. They are so good. They make a blintz with cheese and chocolate chips that is sooooo good. It is almost like a hot canolli.

Tami, my love..... I think I have found a source for the blintzes. I have heard of a place in Louisville that has a large kosher frozen section. A lot of the Muslims shop there, and they told me where it is. While I hate going into cities, this is worth it.

Tami.... I used to have a great recipe for blintzes, and would make them regularly from scratch. Unfortunately, the recipe was lost in the last move. I wasn't home to supervise the movers, and a bunch of stuff disappeared. While the movers were working, I was driving a truck full of 17 collies, 4 cats, 3 cockatoos and a tank of fish (as well as hauling a trailer behind with my van, all the plants and the stuff the movers wouldn't touch). IH was supposed to supervise the movers.

Heidi, you need your rest, hope you eventually get some sleep. Maybe it's your disappointment on missing out on the blintzes.
Hi eea,how much longer will you keep the meat business going? I think you said your Hubby was retiring?
I think I am organised for our Christmas function tomorrow when I will make a fool of myself with the entertaining!
I think I would prefer snow to hurricanes!
Loving thoughts to you and your mother Rol&a. Take care both of you.
Pleased to hear Bernie is home from hospital.
I hope Liz is starting to feel better.
And nice to know Judy has the cast off her arm.
I tried a bit of the Christmas pudding that I put too in much butter and it tasted yummy. It broke up a bit but should be better by Christmas. (I tried one of the puddings that I was cutting in half to freeze).
Catch you all again sometime tomorrow!

Judy....it must be a good feeling to have the cast off and be able to do things now.
June....are you the entertainment? What are you doing?Have a marvelous time at the Xmas party.Your cakes and puddings will taste delicious I'm sure.
Tami,Bobbi...so glad to hear that Bernie is/will be home and much better.
Suzy...nice proud moment for you.Can you explain a bit more about the sponsorship?Congratulations to Ebob for getting selected.
Heidi...Men.Wouldn't you think he would remember your blitzers!I had never heard of them either. The cheese and fruit together doesn't appeal to me but having never tasted them I might find it lovely.Hope you catch up on some rest during the day seeing as you can't sleep.
