Congrats Mamacita for another TOPP I knew it was comming up but I had lunch & missed it

Mary/Qld, you must stay and lurk, and grab the opportunity when it presents its self

MARY/M ReRead the e-mail I sent, it has instructions. you might want to print them out even and keep them as you go through the steps, one at a time. It seems confusing if you try to read all the steps, but if you do them one at a time, you will be OK.

Go to the Sudoku site.

look top right of any page, you will see UPDATE DETAILS. click on that.

Scroll down on that details page till you see AVATAR, and to the right of it, submit a new avatar written in blue. Click on Submit a new avatar. you should get a box, that has a enpty rectangle like a search, and beside it the word BROWSE written. Click on BROWSE and that should take you to your list of drives and files. You have to now find where you saved the avatar. Once you find that, you click on it to open, it places the address of your avatar in the box. Then you click on SUBMIT and that should be all! it will go to Gath for approval. A few hours to days later, you will find you have a new avatar waiting for use. Once it gets approved, most any of us can tell you how to use it.

And now it is time for me to go to bed, it was a long and tiring day today.

BTW Mary/Qld, keep checking your Update Details page to see if the Avatar has been approved. It will say 'You have no Avatars pending'.
then click on the 'manage avatar' button. another window will open.
click on the avatar select button..
then press the select button at bottom..
and all being well, you will have a Avatar next to your name.

I have had the slackest day in living memory...sudoku'd a bit, read a bit, tidied up outlook a bit [its a BIG mess] and even went to bed when I felt a bit weary and had a snooze....
Obviously I managed to get Lachie on the bus and off to camp and I'm now into slack mama mode!!! No cooking!

I might toodle off now down to the gym...not for anything strenuous - just to laze around in the sauna and get the heat into my joints b4 I go to bed.
Big day tomorrow... doing everything I didn't do today

Weather here is wet wet wet again. And here I am sitting waiting (supposed to be working) for garden furniture to be delivered. I do hope we get a chance to use it this year

Weather here is lovely 26 degrees down to 10 tonite lovely fine days at the moment

Hi Mary it is 10:44 am here and so far I have been into the garden (even though it is wet) and tied up some runner beans to stop them trailing on the soil.
Fed the washing machine and dryer. Looked at bank accounts for company. Now I will put finishing touches to company VAT return and then start finishing end of year taxes.

Wish we had some weather like that I have actually ad to turn the heating on for a little while to stop my toes from freezing

Hi its 7-50 pm here no one is around perhaps they all have lives hehe

Have to pop away for a minute to feed the machines again

It does not get tooo cold here in winter 6 degrees and days are usually lovely

This isn't too bad a life Mary, meeting interesting people from different parts of the world.
When I was young talking to someone like this wasn't even thought of. You needed to be rich to afford to telephone another country (if you had a phone) or if you had to wait for letters to arrive that could take weeks

I know I love it I speak to people everywhere

Don't you think this type of communication makes everyone equal?
When I first started 'chatting' to people on line 13 or 14 years ago I 'met' a young guy with whom I had a competition to see who could finish a simple game the quickest. He often beat me by seconds. It wasn't until later that I found out that he is quadraplegic.
