well, everyone left me. my hubby is leaving too. i swear, i am a really nice lady! mr.m will continue with the two weeks gone, sunday at home, two weeks away, sunday home etc. this will continue until i completely loose it or through oct. i will need lots of prayers ladies. i did hire a tutor for benny(17). that is one worry off my mind. the only good thing about him being away is that he is making almost 3x his normal rate, plus he gets overtime (time+1/2) after 40 hrs. he is working 80 hr. weeks there. this is paying for all the materials for "the house" and savings for college, retirement, etc. how do you turn an opportunity like this away? it could go on for over a year! i told him that the end of nov. was the end. we will just have to sacrifice my granite countertops or something. it just isn't worth it. well, it is late here too. nighty night.

Picked Sharon up from the hospital this morning and then took Laura to her swimming lesson.
Sharon is tired but OK and back on antibiotics to clear up the infection.
She has cancelled Laura's operation on Wednesday and next possible date is sometime in December.

Suzy, so pleased you got Ebob to the Doctor and have medications so that she will be on the mend. A big hug from us here to make her feel better. And a hug for you, the nurse, and phamplet delivererer.

Just been off tutoring and am now listening to Ally practice spelling words. The voice thing on the computer is very blurred so she sometimes needs my help as in interpreter. I actually went to my student's house tonight as she is doing her Year 11 finals and definitely didn't want to risk her getting Ebob's bug!

I scared her father tonight. He sent me a text: How b ebob. I answered 'was good, now melting' meaning she had been sitting up feeling better, but had collapsed in on herself as her energy ran out. He thought I meant he temp had gone through the roof and called me from the middle of a class!!!

Dinner and TV are over for another night and here I am!

You are wise with the words Ruby. I agree wholeheartedly about Laura's surgery. We know exactly who would have to be doing the looking after. The last thing Laura would need to be exposed to is any post-op infection, so now is not a good time.

hehe No Ruby, but his contractions are killing me!
He went into work this morning to 'get them at it' I think were his words but he was home by 10ish and snoring on the couch by ten past!
He says he thinks he is already on the mend as the cough no longer feels like it is 'ripping his throat apart'.
BTW D#3 has a fully blocked head!!! Isolation ward needed here.

A minister in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has ordered the release of a dozen goats that were being held illegally in a Kinshasa prison cell.

The deputy justice minister says he was on a routine visit to the prison when he found the goats crammed into a cell with their owners.

The goats themselves were about to face charges of being sold illegally by the roadside.

The justice minister says many police officers have gaps in their knowledge of the law.
