OH BEAN, two times in 24 hours? How could you? Nope, not having breakfast, doing STUFF. I sorted out the shelf in K where we keep meds, now that is a lot better, then I noticed flowers on front porch needed a good water, and I did organize Breakfast, woke hubby as he requested, fed cats, made bed, hung out clean sheets and hubby work shirts. Now to run that sucky thing through the middle (Girl did a good job of moving things when she was here mid week) fore his guest arrives.

Have 3 pages to catch up on but just had to make an appearance with my new avatar/smilie (compliments of our own MzT) - memememememe, lalalalalala, ahem....

Good Morning, Vici, and Good Maen to all our worldwide Sudoku friends! I have a similar/same (?) avatar from MizT, Vici, but have been preferring the name avatar she made for me. Occasionally I use my chair (that I made with her help). I don't change avatars as often as I thought I would. I love your cuppa smilie. I prefer to think of it as hot chocolate with a heart-shaped marshmallow, as I'm not a coffee drinker.

JULIE, I did not remember making you the music note for an avatar. Sorry I also gave it to Vici as a Smilie. Now, she is the one who resized it for an avatar, that was not me.

You can be the doublement twins when you both use the avatar, and sing "double your pleasure, double your fun". You could keep us all confused with the same avatar , you know, cause with most of us, that is not hard to do!

It is just a graphic in my print shop and the best music notes I have there, no wonder I chose it twice.

BTW, VIVI, Purple is not my favorite color, but you were close. Favorite is blue, and then anything on the blue side of the color wheel. That includes most greens, blue green, purple, and all variations of them, leaving out too bright things with YELLOW in them. Now a soft yellow, with an undertone of blue and yes, there are some out there, I like just fine. Like red, but not the orangy reds Heck, guess I like everything but Brown and and gold and orange!

Morning everyone!

The athletics carnival is supposed to be on today! I will start listening to the radio around 7 to make sure it hasn't been postponed again... I REALLY love sitting around in the wind (it's always windy on athletics carnival days) NOT! But I do love watching the kids try their very best, win or lose. The teachers are always off organising stuff on athletics carnival days so we parents get to supervise the kids. I usually only take a chair for me, but today I will take 2, then Ally has a place to sit where it looks like she's comfortable. Having said that I have everything crossed that she won't need it - and MizT she will be getting the 'remember to smile' comment this morning...

Hi all,
I forgot to thank MizT for my name avatar. I will be putting it on site for approval tomorrow. Haven't had much time today as we are getting the caravan ready for the holiday. Where it is stored on the drive there are trees an shrubs (Mile a minute plant) which as it's name suggests is very fast growing. We have had to wash the roof of the van as the sap etc from the trees hae made a real mess.

Richard and I went out for an Italian meal for our anniversary. The food was really lovely. We then went back home to have champagne and chocolates while playing a board game with Andrew and Elaine. I lost

MzT - if I would've paid more attention in your gallery, I would have been able to figure out it was "blue" - duh!

All games are for fun in our house, none of us are that competitive so didn't really matter who won.
It is just nice to be able to play a board game which everyone enjoys. Richard has a little bit of an advantage as he knows his way round the underground in London and where everything is. The object of the game is to visit 6 places in London which are near underground stations. It is slightly more complex that that but still fun.
