My house smells good, we have beer B@tt chicken tonight, we had the smoker on since noon. I only have to do the side dishes tonight.

MMMMMMMMM, that sounds so yummy! We're having tacos with fresh guacamole...Mike fries up the shells fresh, too.

Busy bees while I have been doing a few jobs. Filled the washing thing and now have to go clean up the kitchen. Might just enjoy a cup of coffee before I go.

I'm probably going to have to skiddadle - now that I finally have real people to talk to!

Be back in a bit, have to check the turkey breast for don now. it is almost to the minimum time, you know 45 -60 min per pound kind of range.

June - your trip sounds very exotic. I've never traveled to such places - can't wait to hear all about it...no bowls there, though?

There are a pile of things on the spare bed. Will put them in the case Wednesday morning. We leave Wed afternoon. I will probably discard a lot of things on the bed. We like to travel light!
Vici, in the last few years we have been very lucky and have been able to do quite a bit of travelling overseas. We still have not visited South America.

June - traveling light sounds like the way to go.
Someday we hope to take a trip to Aussieland...I also have a good friend in NZ that we would like to see while we are down under. I'm hoping when that time comes that I get to meet some of you guys face-to-face.

Oops, I hope I didn't goof. I think Amber is Rena's daughter's name. Since I've only been back here reading comments for a couple of days, I could be wrong. I think Rena mentioned wanting to visit Australia back in the spring sometime. I'm just assuming that her hopes have become plans.

Vici, Amber is Rena's Daughter. You might remember REna talking about homeschooling her? So it is a bit more than coincidentally that they are going together.
