I did it

I'm back from the Musical. Had a great time, the show was better than I thought it would be.
Tomorrow I'm going to a horse show with the same friends. It's so nice to be feeling better!

Back from canteen duty, choir practice and visit to the chemist to see what is going on with Ally's eye.... Where's my coffee??? Left it somewhere....

I see they were again washed and back in place this morning, you girls are gooood!

Oh I slept so good last night! Nine hours, wonderful! Making up for the night before. It is also very cool this morning, compared to the last week. Morning Temp is a fallish 62 degrees and low humidity, WONDERFUL, but most unusual for this early in august. I love it. that is a good 12-15 degrees cooler than last week for a low, and a forecast today for about 10-15 degrees cooler for a high.

Started the just before dark yesterday, ran out of daylight, but over half finished. So late in the day, 0 UV rays about, and no need for long sleeves and hat! I need to finish that today.

OH, I picked up another straw hat, the last one in a little local shop, and on final clearance sale too! Bright spring green, huumm, not sure how much I have that goes with spring green. I have one green shirt I know. I also can wear for a striking contrast with navy or black, and if nothing else, it can be my garden hat hehe. Now if I had PURPLE to wear with it, oh my!

running my mouth to much, off for my second cuppa. My mug this morning has blueberries and green leaves, and the word MAINE on it. A quilting buddy brought this to me back 6 years ago at a meet up in Tennessee, it brings good memories with my coffee.

MizT, so pleased you had a good sleep last night. There is nothing like it for refreshing the mind, body and soul.

Poor Gath....I've been beavering away all day hunting down smilies!! I lost track of how many I have put in [apart from Broni's scotch and my new coffee mug]. I'm going to be busy getting them all in so I'm all set to party.
Have lots of bubbly, pink boa, tiara.... just need to find a swim suit and I'm all set

BTW... what time are we meeting for breakfast at CynB's?

I'm up early today, going to pick up my niece, Chelsea, this morning. Meeting my brother in Priceton, halfway to Vancouver.
