Can not work out the objective of the latest game but I will persist.

It can take hours Gail. I have just done it again and took about an hour. You need a piece of paper to note and work out the codes.
And if you close down and start again the codes are different. I had not done it for over 6 months so had to work things out again.

Reminds me of the game the kids used to play years ago- Day of the Tentacle.
It had codes that you needed to know but our copy, shall we say, fell off the back of a truck, so we didn't have the codes. A lot of graphite went into the playing of that game, I can tell you!
Will give it a go when I next have a spare lifetime!

I am up at 6 am making coffee and washing last night's dishes! Somehow my meds made me sleepy fore I turned on the dishwasher last night! No problem, it is still cool this early and I can get them done.

Hello One and All....hope you are having a great day/night. we're off to a super weekend of music and fun in the sun!. I'm going to a great neighborhood jazz fest, with some great, well known musicians ...Its a three day affair,of good food, good music, great art, and lots of people, and sorta acts as a lead-in to Philadelphia's Welcome America 10 day celebration that ends on July 4th. The nice part of this is that there is no entrance charge. There is an emphasis put on celebrating the talent, and the development of our country, but also recognizes a world view in all things.....its really a time to strut our stuff American style as we celebrate the world....wish you all could come and be my guest here...The Philadelphia area shines in this spotlight and a good time is usually had by all. It also seems that while this is going on, street crime doesn't rear its ugly head as much....hmmmm, wonder why that is?

I went shopping yesterday - the fun kind. All the shops are having their stocktake sales early and it is d2s birthday in a week. I picked up a few things for Xmas too!

Suzy, that does sound like a good festival Mama is headed off to with we cold all tag along! Have enough fun for us all Mamacieta.

Today I went to a baby shower, on a train car, parked on a siding at the Heart of Dixie Railroad Museum. We also had a train ride in a vintage car, i would say 1950 or earlier. One of the early, first generation desil electric locomotives pulled us along at a blistering 15 miles per hour or so! It was a fun party, and when we got back to the party car, lots of good food. Most fun I have had in a long time. I did not win any of the games played, heck, not the same games we played back 40 years ago when I gave many a shower for friends having babies.
