I am on the not so sunny Gold Coast. This week is a bit wet but the cooler change is most welcome.

Hi, Flossy! Yes, we have daylight saving time here in the US. There are 4 zones (Pacific, Mountain, Central and Eastern). A couple of years ago, they changed our start and end dates (spring moved up 3 weeks, and fall moved back one week - which threw a monkey wrench into the system. Before our "tinkering", I think everyone's daylight savings time, worldwide, was coordinated. Anyway, only 2 states do not observe daylight savings time: Arizona and Hawaii.
