Chrissy - thanks for your Christmas wishes. I never made it around to all the personal pages to drop off personal wishes, but hope people found my greetings on the main page at one time or another. Rob & I had a great Christmas, but frankly I'm always glad when it's over! There is so much to do in December it always wears me out. I'm looking forward to the new year & the much slower pace of January! to you & your family.

we're down in Pau - wonderful city of kings if you believe the brochures (!) and are between Toulouse and Biarritz, so sort of between Lyon/Avignon and Dordogne, with a slight detour south! Let me know when you want to come, how many of you there will be and what you can't swallow!! Makes planning for visitors so much easier!!

Hi Chrissy, don't know if you're away since I haven't seen you for a few days. Hugh and Chris were lovely. Angry Ant didn't get home till the day of the meeting so couldn't come but seems keen to get together, so we could do it again soon. I'm confused over the Chris in Canberra thingy. I have chatted with a Chris who is female, ex-army wife, lives in Bonython. I don't think that's you either, and I was very surprised to meet male Chris from Canberra! Help me out if you can!
