Today in summary.........

The Wallabies won....finally beat the All Blacks. Rejoice, because it doesn’t happen often.

Easy – Westie. The action dog.

HalT – Starts the day and then waits around for someone to talk(d) to. Decides to do the other puzzles. Has trouble with Tough.

Gmajackie – Has a little sleep-in.......apparently it’s a bit frosty outside.

Anne – Up late.

Appy – Makes a rare appearance and says hello! Hello Appy, come by more often.
Posts a ‘Word for the Day’.

Jerry/Hal – Exchange greetings

Jerry - Produces the coffee and gets a BIG page of ‘Smilies’ as a reward. They know, you know!

Anne – Finally succumbs to the Sandman and goes to bed. Night Anne.

Jerry – Takes the 22 after some distracting chat. Shows contrition for his deed….not!

Vibrant Vici – Wakes up early with the intention of being first. Guess what……..she failed miserably. Recalls her ‘Halloween Down Under’ and lets fly with a CP.

Kathy – Posts yesterdays Winners of the Puzzle, complete with some FFS action.

June – Armed and ready for the ‘Trick or Treaters’.

Vibrant Vici – Announced the winner of the ‘Name Her Cat’ competition. Well done Kathy. If you want to know the name go and check out her post (Page 1 2.08am).

Kathy – Posts a new puzzle which is Impossible to get it wrong as there are so many answers to choose from. The Hexenmeister will not be pleased.

Keith – Had a tough night dragging the chain. Does that some mornings too.

Goblin – Posts some more one liners with a few interruptions from........

Vibrant Vivi – Who went base over apex trying to turn the page.

Rayray – Has a thing going with Goblin. Posts a bit of info on the Indon tsunami.

Sue – Having trouble pinning down an answer to the puzzle.

CG – Describes the Easy photo.

Shosho – Another sleeper-inner. Says she slept-in late. How does one sleep-in early? Been flying around her classroom on her broomstick.

Judy – Says that the kids in her area have things worked out. Show enough excitement about Halloween and they’ll give you the week off school. Nice if you can get it.

Kathy – Discovers rather bizarre cure for leprosy. Cures a few things but leprosy????

CG – Explains hitch hiking, Canadian style and Halloween parties he’s been to.

Goblin – Still at it. Gotta run out soon.

Heidi – Looking forward to listening to the 72nd anniversary broadcast of the War of the Worlds. Apparently an annual event that she has been doing over the years with her hot chocolate and popcorn.

An Australian ventriloquist visiting New Zealand walks into a small town and sees a local sitting on his porch patting his dog.

He figures he'll have a little fun.

Ventriloquist: Hey, good looking dog, mate. Mind if I speak to him?
New Zealander: The dog doesn't talk, you stupid Aussie.
Ventriloquist: Hey dog, how's it going old mate?
Dog: Doin' alright.

The New Zealander is shocked!
Ventriloquist: Is this Kiwi your owner? (Pointing at the New Zealander?)
Dog: Yep.
Ventriloquist: How does he treat you?
Dog: Real good. He walks me twice a day, feeds me great food and takes me to the lake once a week to play.

The New Zealander can't believe his ears!
Ventriloquist: Mind if I talk to your horse?
New Zealander: Horse doesn't talk either.
Ventriloquist: Hey horse, how's it going?
Horse: No worries.

The New Zealander's mouth is agape.
Ventriloquist: Is this your owner? (Pointing at the New Zealander?)
Horse: Yep.
Ventriloquist: How's he treat you?
Horse: Pretty good, thanks for asking. He rides me regularly, brushes me down often and keeps me in the barn to protect me from the elements.

The New Zealander is TOTALLY amazed!
Ventriloquist: Mind if I talk to your sheep?
New Zealander: The sheep's bl00dy a liar.
