Morning all!
Decided to change to one of MizT's avatars...

MizT, I think Nomnom should have been called Screech. She's lucky hubby didn't murder her this morning!! Sunday morning and she meowed all of us awake at 7am!

I believe Julie has a lot more avatars than I do, and I think Kathy from Maryland may be racing with me on smilies. She will not admit to how many she has, and I've lost count of mine.

Theresa, I love the homemade necklaces for a birthday present. It's one of the things I miss now that my girls are getting older.

Heidi, congratulations on your painted egg winning it's class. There is a rule here that everything entered has to have been made within the last 18 months. Kind of sad really.

MizT, you are wonderful making avatars for everyone, even with a very sore hand!

Julie, bummer about your lost posts! We all know you were thinking about us though.

Good Morning my Friends.
Just finished yummy scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled tomato and croissants. Full tummy now.

Even better Heidi, not much swearing to do today and the sun has just come out.

Kitties can be so funny. They do learn. sorry your Sunday morning rest was disturbed by Nomnom.

My kittie have started something new. Other day I was in living room and Screech came running in, jumped on the coffee table, looked me in the eye and meowed until I got up to see what she wanted. She lead me to the kitchen. Her bowl was full of food, water bowl full also, so I opened door to see if she wanted out. Scooter was outside the door and came in. Screech got back in the kitchen chair and continued her nap.

Today I heard meowing while I was here in my computer chair. I look around and do not see a cat. I went to the kitchen, there was Screech in her kitchen chair meowing, and there was Scooter outside the door, wanting in. Screech is looking out for her Mother hehehe.

Suzy, only one hand that ca, click a mouse is required doing most graphic work. I think I did use both typing on a 10 character file name hehehe. what is required is a clear head, to go through many simple steps in order. Pain meds or pain cause a foggy head.

Good Morning MizT, glad you are looking after your hand.

MizT, my kitty likes to play on the computer. I just went to get another cup of coffee and when I came back she was sitting on the keyboard. The CD drawer was open, DELL security web pages were open - 5 of them, she had googled ooooooooooooooooooooo and SA was on a different page! She must have wanted to catch up on her readiing.

Fortunately Bella cannot reach the keyboard Zusy, imagine just what her snout could do?

Broni, I think I'm going to have Sunday breakfast at your house in future...

MizT, I love Screech looking out for Scooter. We once had a cat who used to do a similar thing to get us to feed a stray kitten.

Sure Zusy, the only thing I forgot until we were half way through breakfast was to make real Latte....who needs to go out and have brekky?

Funny cat story....
We were outside, bidding Don a farewell, and we got to watch one of the cats interacting with some calves. "Brat" was hunting for mice in some long grass, and 3 big calves spotted her. They slowly approached her, and she held her ground. When they got about 4 feet from her, she stood up and the 3 calves high tailed it away from her. She looked so proud of herself. She successfully intimidated the calves!!!

I submitted an avatar, thanks to MizT and Julie ... how long does it take for them to be accepted?

Theresa, it could be anywhere between 5 minutes and 5 days.... sigh.

Just got home from the birthday supper and for some reason I'm really tired. I even had a nap today.

The weather here is wonderful, but a bit coolish for this time of year. It's sweater weather in the evenings and mornings. It's more like the weather we normally get in September, which is my favourite kind of weather. The humidity is gone (for now).

We just had a short, but massive, storm bully its way through. It sent the picnic table and umbrella flying. The steel table moved about 10 feet, and the umbrella flew 30 feet. Most of the yard looks like a pond.

Yes Suzy, it's one of MizT's. I've also requested that several others be added that Julie had sent me some time ago. I finally have some spare time on weekends!

Hi everyone. I was here this afternoon and after typing I lost my post and got annoyed with the computer. I went our for coffee this afternoon with a friend of mind. He is a riot and makes me laugh my head off. He is not into girls so hubby does not have a problem. We met taking a college class a few years ago. The professor thought we were related or good friends. She could not believe we had just met. We hit it off instantly. He has become a good friend and we have had him and his boyfriend over several times.

Theresa, I actually did steal a tie-dye avatar, with permission, from someone here but I don't remember who it was. I am sure they will recognize the avatar and say something.

I'm gonna feed the dogs in a few minutes. Then I hope to get a full nights sleep. The radar is questionable as to storms tonight, they're just too patchy.

Hubby is using the high pressure water cleaner to clean our outdoor/patio area - noisy, even though I have the windows and doors closed.
