Now I can go and do the rest of the puzzles and jigsaws and leave the rest of you to have a peaceful day here. Sorry Mamcita but you were just not about.

JUNE, SUZY, yes, I freeze meals and have later, call them Tricia's Instant dinners, since anything instant has something hubby should not have. I also do the A B A B kind of meals, cook 4 servings of entree A and Entree B same or consecutive nights, and serve alternately as above. so they are not the exact same, I change up the veg, the salad, and/or the desert. My hubby would not complaine if I served the same thing again, he says, it was good last night, woill be good tonight hehehe.

The caserole I made today will alternate with foreman grilled chicken, that I do as needed it cooks so fast. AND I can marinate the evenings boneless chicken breast in different spices/rubs/marinade so they are not the same either.

It took me some time to learn how to cook all over again, for his dietary needs, but now I know all the shortcuts.

Ruby, yes, we do get 'Lost' here. Hubby watches it all the time, but I (if you'll pardon the pun) have got a little lost on the plot! Way too many twists and turns for my lazy cerebellum.
