Thanks Cyn. Glad everything is going so well for your family. Laura has a lot to have to understand at the moment and I think it was because she had not woken up properly. To make it worse she was actually at her other Grandmothers house (but with both her parents ) when it happened.

Hello, Everyone! Thank you, MizT and Stella for letting me know about the move. We were called to help with some sudden changes in child care availability for our grandies. We may be back to more regular computer availability by mid-next week. In the meantime, I just wanted to tell everyone hello, take care, stay healthy, birthday and anniversary greetings, if appropriate, and I look forward to returning to regular visits soon! I hope the fires and flooding will be ended soon!

Hope everyone is well. We have a lot of smoke here, but at the moment it's still fairly cool.

Taking a break from feeding while I change to my boots and rest my back for a few minutes.
I'm on pins and needles right now, waiting to hear if the pair of Gouldians was shipped today, for arrival tomorrow.

I'm back. My neighbor borrowed my flatbed trailer to haul some hay for his steers. Once he got back here with the hay, I unloaded it for him with my tractor. Next week, he's repairing the storm damage to 2 of my barn roofs. Good neighbors are the BEST!

I'm trying to install Google Earth on the laptop. US friends keep asking how far we are from the fires and 'a long way' doesn't seem to satify them.

Google Earth doesn't seem to be Mac compatible.

Okay, it's nearly 600km from Melbourne as the crow flies...

Either that or not Heidi compatible.
