I'm home alone Viv, so I can have ANYTHING I want! Sadly, I've been picking all day and I'm not really hungry...
Viv, how DO you fling chicken Maryland? Doesn't it stick to the ceiling?
We had a tinned plum pudding that boiled dry once - it stuck to the ceiling, and the walls - some even landed in the bowls neatly set out on the bench ... Then nobody really wanted to eat it.
I'm babbling somewhat - obviously should NEVER be left alone.

Evening all!
I forgot to mention that the girls had bowling after I picked up Ally.
She's all happy, but very tired and a bit sunburnt where she couldn't reach. The food was fantastic, she got to participate in almost every activity, she coped fine with one arm, one girl yelled at them to be quiet and they were being as quiet as they possibly could, another girl complained about EVERYTHING, and she also has memory problems related to a car accident when she was little so woke up every morning yelling.

"The Canadian group leader told a really funny joke, people were crying from laughing so hard. He was really good at telling it.
Three men were in an aeroplane. One threw out a rock, another threw out a stick and the last threw out a grenade. When they got back on the ground they were walking along and they saw a boy crying. What's wrong, they asked. A rock fell out of the sky and killed my dog, the boy cried. Sure enough, there was a poodle on the ground, dead, with a rock beside it. The men were very sad and they kept walking. Then they saw another little boy crying and asked him what was wrong. He said my dad is dead. There was his dad lying on the ground with a stick sticking out of him. The men were very sad and they kept walking. They saw a little boy who was laughing, he was laughing so hard he was crying. What's wrong they asked. I f@rted and my garage blew up!"

Victoria escapes 'bad' bushfire day
Only the article says all is not good yet, possible lightning strikes and another hot day next week, maybe Tuesday.
I found that article before I even checked my mail! I have my priorities straight! So glad you are safe and home Gail and family...

Hi Suzy, pleased Ally enjoyed her camp.
Gail, pleased you are home for the night. Please stay safe.
Judy's pudding story made me laugh and remimded me about the time I had apricots in the pressure cooker and sprayed them all over the ceiling and they dripped down onto the carpet that the cleaners were in the process of steam cleaning. Fortunately they went back over the mess I had made!

June, your apricot story reminded me of my mother making rice pudding in the pressure cooker. She forgot to turn the burner down under the pan after she had put the weights on the cooker. The rice pudding pushed the weights off and erupted all over the ceiling. The unfortunate part of the story is that my dad had just finished decorating in the kitchen the day before. Saying that he wasn't too pleased would be a slight understatement. Not only did he have to clean the ceili ng again, he missed out on a rice pudding.

Hellooo? Where did everybody go?
That's what happens when I start watching TV - everybody disappears.
Just watched an English cop show, Trial and Retribution, about a psycho baby killer - excellent cast, gripping stuff. Not exactly fun, but kept me watching.

Rob won't be home for another hour. Got some time to fill in. Stargate's on, but I've seen it about twenty times. It's got the Asgard in it - they look stupid and always make me laugh. (Not in a good way)

Don't mind me, I'll just keep on talking. I've done all the puzzles - I always have to guess for the last one. I've cleaned out hundreds of ants, but they keep coming back. Now they're biting me - I've said it before (and it's not very original) but, it's a cruel world!

Still no-one? This is quite dull. I'll persevere though. Does this mean I'll be severe to persons...? Probably not.
