It seems that SA7 is getting old and slow. It is time for a new page. Welcome to SA8.

Good morning lovely SA8 people.
Heidi - pleased Dennis and the house survived. Hope your new meds make you feel and sleep better.
Judy - I often do that - realize at about 10 or 11 AM that I have forgotten to have breakfast.
Tami - you keep those boys in camp under control.
Stella - hope your family are all feeling better soon. And I hope Meaghan enjoys Istanbul - how exciting.
Hello also to MizT, Nola, Rolanda (Miss 9 days to go - woohoo), Suzy, Gail, Bean, Suzanne, Brenda, Julie, Broni - oh dear, I hate doing lists because I've probably forgotten someone. If I have, I'm sorry! Where are Viv and Vici these days??

Oh wow - nice little unexpected TOPP. I knew we were near the end of the page but I knew that Heidi was around and I took a long time to type.
I knew I missed someone - June!

I figure I take too many TOPPs, so once in a while I sit back and let someone else have it.

Thanks for your generosity, Heidi. Didn't you just love Kathy's gorilla with the bagpipes on Easy today - I'm still chuckling hours later!!!

Just popping in while watching t.v. Been working on my needlepoint again, it's been FOREVER since I last worked on it. I have about 1/3 of it left to finish! I don't know if I am keeping it when it's done or giving it as a gift. I guess I'll decide that when it is done!

I haven't done needlepoint in years, Suzanne. Ever since I have been using computers, I find close needlework, knitting, crochet etc too difficult. I can't see well enough, despite updating my prescription glasses when necessary (just did, a few weeks ago). My Mum was still doing it all when she developed Dementia and stopped finally. We all miss her input in that area - fortunately my daughter was her best pupil and she's a whizz at it.

Heidi: How are you doing?? Darrell is working overtime again this week. He also might get called in to work on his day off tomorrow. He's got 60 hours of overtime this pay period (every 2 weeks). He is going to be pooped in the morning, I'll let him sleep in!!

Cyn: that's funny!! My aunt can knit & crochet, and I can't!! She used to do needlepoint too, but her arthritis is so bad in her hands now that she can't anymore. I gave her one of the pillows I made several years ago. When I stayed with her in Florida, she had it on the guest bed (my old room when I lived with her). I was so proud of it!!

Good thanks Suzanne. Just home from the docs, and ready for lunch.
Doc appt was just to get a script for my asthma meds, I know I have one in the house but finding it would have to admit that there are things that need doing here!

OH GAIL, how did we ever cook without the turntable make hotty thing? I tried this last week for 24 hours, you cannot imagine how many times I went to the make hotty thing that was missing, needing to use it . Lasagna sounds good, I have not made that in a long time. Perhaps I need to put that on menu so I will buy the necessary items.

Heidi's patio umbrella was in a tree after one of her many storms.

PUPPY STORY, a 4 year old in Britain flushed a puppy down the drain while trying to give him a bath. Puppy survived.

OK, hope that gets you caught up on messages, cause i am off to bed, it is that time here. Nite all.

Am I seeing things? No-one here for nearly 6 hours. Are we being deserted? Or do I need a bath? Don't answer that.
