Where is everyone today... I suppose they have a life.

Brenda, I was wondering the same thing. I am emptying dishwasher, hunting recipes for dinner, and washing clothes. It is a nice day for hanging them out, they will not freeze on the line today. Taking a small break while this load finishes. Does this qualify for a "life"?

Hi, should be back in bed. Watched something on TV and then could not get to sleep!

Hope you can go to sleep next time in bed, June. But it is nice to have Sudokuland to visit when one cannot sleep.

I am umpire at Bowls tomorrow ,I mean later this morning, and the umpire should be awake and alert?????
I have now been answering Emails. Had better get some sleep as I do have to be up early!

Not fully awake yet. My leg was hurting again last night. Finally fell asleep a few hours ago, then IH woke me up to talk on the phone.... a call HE made. He didn't bother to see if , or care if I was sleeping.

It doesn't look like the finches will be flying (airplane) today. I haven't heard a thing. This is the pair in Texas. The pair in Florida should be shipped (Postal overnight) either today or tomorrow. Spring weather is here for 5 days!!!

The pair in Texas are Black headed blues. The pair in Florida are Red headed normals.

Just had a heifer calf born.... a big, healthy one too. Great weather for it. It's 50 F (10 C) and rising.

hello everyone! once again i am just here for a moment. life has been crazy (like always), my computer is still down, and i just got out of the habit of checking in everyday. i do miss and think of you often though.

i really hope everyone is well and staying out of trouble. (i know this is harder for some of you than others ). so what's new? i'm loving the new page. you all decorate so pretty!

I missed Mariana!!! And I didn't even bring a single spider to SA 8.

I'm thinking of going for another hay run. There are only 16 more rolls to haul..... that's 2 trips of 8 rolls each. Each roll weighs 1 ton (907 Kilos.). Each run takes 2 hours.

I found my recipe for dinner, Vegetable Slice, and it smells yummy. I will make a fast lettuce and orange salad (a fruit and a veggie, how clever of me) and maybe some kind of break, that should do it. I will be glad when the lemon balm is up again, that adds a lot to that salad.

That recipe is so versatile, change the cheese, change the veggies, or change the meat, a different taste each time. today I had some fat free ham, mozzarella and some Parmesan cheese,Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and potatoes.

Oh Yum, MizT - send me a piece. I often make a vegie slice when my grandies are here for dinner. They lap it up whereas they push steamed vegies around their plates rather than eat them. And I love orange in a salad too.
Off for my shower at 9.20am - how bad is that?

After I first made the vegetable slice not long ago, Al asked that I remember how to make that, he really liked it.
