Today heading for a gorgeous warm 27C.. heading for a hot 34C on Saturday. Dont really know what happened to Spring, but Summer is heading our way!!

Great news!! Pathology on my sister has come back clear! So no Chemo. She has now just got to recuperate and have colonoscopies every 12 months, for now. I feel so relieved.
Thank you all for your positive thoughts and wishes - I am a great beiever in the power of positive thought. So now let's get together and think positive thoughts for Rolanda's Mum and Gail's Bill.
Now to sort out whether I can get to Sydney to meet Vici.

I am having a reaction to my shot today... the further you get into the course the greater the reaction you have as the dose of allergen gets bigger... or at least that is what I think happens. My arm is sore, swollen and itchy++++. As soon as I get home from singing I will be taking an antihistamine... and probably falling a sleep... needed an afternoon nap today.

Well, of course I want to meet you too Beanie - and June and Suzy and anyone else who might also be there.

How's the knitting coming along Suzy?
I finished an Aran sweater last night, started it last week (not a massive feat as it was a baby sweater for my nieces 9 month old. Though I have knitted it for a 12-18 month as he will not need it till the middle of next year.) will start another one for a 4 yr old later today.

I am VERY excited...my tank has water in it...

Singing was great fun tonight... will be really great if Vici will come along with me while she is here. The teacher said to bring her along....

Gail sent me a text last night: All good, with him now. That was her answer to my question about how they were. Hopefully we'll find out more later today.

Wow that is weird. I am trying to type but my left hand isn't working properly. I'm doing stretching thingys and it is getting better.

Bean, I think I need to arrange for someone to visit me so I can get some things off my to do list too!

Brenda, my knitting is going very slowly. I can't imagine knitting a sweater in a week! Even an itty bitty one. I'm going to have to find my reading glasses and see if that makes it easier. My computer glasses aren't good.

I wasn't home for the night last night when I thought I was. Ebob decided she needed to buy a present for a friend who has just got back from holidays. Sigh. It was just as well really as I needed to see her work schedule so I could make her next physio appointment.

Bean, if you're not using a wobble board like Rolf Harris I have no idea what you are talking about. I hope you're feeling a bit better today after your injection. At least you probably got a good nights sleep. When I had my motorbike accident I think I broke bones in my feet. It was a long time until I could even wear shoes. I hope your foot is feeling better sooner rather than later!

For those who asked since Bean will still be in bed a wobble board is a round piece of board with a half ball on the centre underside, you are meant to stand on it and roll it around in a circle which stretches the ankle muscles and tendons.(I had a broken ankle once)

Broni, ever since I met you on the sudoku pages you have been battling with doctors over your health. Although I don't know the specifics, I do know that at times it has been quite debilitating with major interventions. You have been seeing the thingypath for what, a couple of/few weeks now, and are seeing more improvement than you've had in years! I am amazed and so very very very happy for you!!!!

Morning everyone. The sun is shinning and the temps are heading for a warm 29C.

Knitting, my mum could knit a huge jumper in a week. Not these days, she sticks to small items, at the moment she is doing bed socks.

Guess what guys? Bill is home from hospital already! Gail called him a human miracle and asked me to thank you all for the good wishes you have sent. Doing another happy dance!

Now all we have to wait for is Rolanda to get her mum's results.

So far it has been all good news, well, considering, so I'm hoping for the same thing for Rolanda's mum!
